This isn’t the first time that I came to this restaurant. I’m so annoyed . If I could give no stars I would.These people have no manners and customer service about them. Thank you to the young man with the biker helmet to come in for his shift not even clock in yet to ask me if I had been helped. I told him no after I have been standing there for over 5 min and the pregnant lady counting cook food for inventory kept looking at me standing there and didn’t even have the decency to say hello have you been helped. “Open your mouth” customer service goes a long way.After the young man ask me if I need help then the lady from the window want to ask me if I need help . Didn’t you see me standing there.Young man with the biker helmet you get five starts from me !

Service sucks here, they are very rude!!! Ordered a chicken wrap asked for 1 BBQ sauce and the color lady who claims she's a manger refused me saying it's for chicken nuggets only!! I believe she is very racist because there were a colored couple and she gave them a bunch if BBQ just for fries!!!

Ordered threw the drive throw they parked me made me wait for about 25 mins walked in and they had forgot about my food so had to wait an extra 15 mins i think they was

This place is something else, they make you pull around to the front for the smallest order, probably to make drive thru look less busy.Every time I go there it’s a problem. Icee drink machine broke, special icee advertising on menu not available, until I pushed the issue. Had to wait for a kids meal, then down road, find out no toy.Even though this location is close to house, I now go to the bk north on s. Fed highway.

Opened in early 2019, this is one of the newer franchises in PSL. Service is fast and friendly at this location with a great atmosphere.
Don't order anything more than fries, or their small brains will explode.. Have fun making $8 an hour for the rest of your lives.

The worst service. All the people at this location are RUDE, are not tentative, it’s a 20-30min wait every single time. Young, disrespectful ppl working here who know nothing about sanitation.They’re always out of everything.This location is close to home & easy for kids, but 10/10 would NOT recommend.By the time your foods brought out, it’s cold & incorrect. Unsure of why there’s 4-5 staff memebers, they’re eleven busy & yet service is horrific. The owners of this location really need to act like customers undercover & see this fiasco themselves. This is the last time I wait 30min.Asked for a refund but was handed cold food that was incorrect instead. Gathered peace of mind by just leaving.

This has to be the slowest BK ever. Every single customer has to pull up, over , walk back in to check on drive through orders and it takes forever. If I work next door and I can’t get a drive through order in a half hour, how am I supposed to eat it in time?
