Drive thru experience was horrible . Waited 30’minutes after being told to pull up then they wanted me to come inside instead

Went through the drive thru this evening.We were parked for our food order.. over 30 mins, and the food was never brought out. My husband went in to check, and there were only 3 employees working.I feel really bad for the staff, but we had very cranky young children that were getting worse due to the time it took for their food.Food took literally 40 mins to receive. Due to only having 3 employees, I'm sure that is why and hopefully the next visit won't be as difficult.

Workers need more training. Instead of hot coffee I wanted a cold coffee But Instead of saying she didn’t know how to do something she told me she wasn’t allowed to do it and she wasn’t trained to do it so I left with no coffee even though I paid for coffee and and my order came with a drink. Then when I asked could I pay an upcharge for a different drink because the order was for a child who obviously can’t drink a hot coffee she told me since I was unison a coupon she couldn’t give me a different drink which once again my order came with a drink and I paid for a drink. She then got agitated with me because I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t change my drink and she closed the window in my face while I was still speaking.

Sent me the wrong order. Cold hard chicken fries instead of fiery nuggets. Then the kid unplugs the phones all day making a resolution impossible. I understand fast food hires anybody but a laziness and competency test should be in order for all management.

I tried to use the drive through waited for about 2 minutes and no one said a thing so I said hello no one still said anything I also had my dog in my truck so now I had to park and then go inside an order to which is met a girl who I thought had some type of mental issue because when I asked he why she couldn’t respond she said because of something going on in the store and said it with the lowest tone that I couldn’t even hear her and her name is Mia her personality came very unusual she doesn’t seem like she should be doing drive through she should just do the French fries and then I had to get my dog because it was taking to long and I knew he was hot so I brang him inside for 2 minutes to get my food and the white woman told me I couldn’t have dogs inside and I wanted to yell at her so bad to tell her if you didn’t have an idiot doing the drive through I wouldn’t have to bring my dog inside (food still good though) people who work there probably used to be special Education
