This was my first time at this location and had bad customer service. I am not one to complain however, We came into the store at 8:20 pm. They had the hard ice cream freezer shut down due to almost “closing” and was not able to order any hard serve ice cream. We then changed all of our orders to Soft serve, and we were greeted with annoyance about it.

People were very nice, but the ice cream was just meh, quite tasteless. Three different flavors we had, all just tasted like cold cream with barely any flavor. There are so many other options with better ice cream nowadays. Won’t go back.

Carvel did a great job with my sons ice cream cake. I explained what his theme was and they personally added items from his theme on the cake. My son was very excited when he saw it! Thank you

For the past few visits my transactions have been canceled because I did not add a tip, it only went through only after I left a tip, the next visit I went their was no tip option, after I got my receipt I noticed they added one themselves. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I've literally been going to Carvel since I've been a kid. It hasn't changed one bit. Now that I'm older I take my kids and its a great family experience and a great way to spend time together. Absolutely love their ice cream. I'm a big fan of their chocolate mint chip ice cream and we even buy our birthday cakes from there. This is the best place place for ice cream!

Went here for the 1st time tonight, I was in line waiting looking at toppings already in line ready to go somebody walks in behind me and the girl at the counter go ahead and help them out, this was so disrespectful and rude I'll never visit this place again and I'll make sure that other people don't either

It's a nice carvel. The peep that work here are all nice and accommodating; they really know how to handle a line!! Especially on Wednesday! Always delicious!!!

My friends and I treat ourselves to Carvel's Ice Creme at least once a week! The ice cream is so rich and creamy I can't wait for that first taste! There are a wide range of flavors each day. There are also daily specials. i.e. Wednesdays are buy one Sunday and get a second at 1/2 price. The service is great and the employees are very helpful and happy! Carvel's is family oriented and it is just a great place to visit! The only negative thing I can say is they need more chairs or places to sit. But I would gladly stand for more Carvel's Ice Cream!
