service is wack, they have little kids answering phones who got our order wrong, not to mention they were rude and when we said we didn’t understand something they said they started screaming over the phone to the father talking badly about how we were just asking a question. we got a $5 up charge once we arrived making that meal $16 total which was chicken and fried rice and vegetables, we had to check before we left the parking lot which im glad we did because that meal had no chicken in it, and went to them and had to dig with our hands cause they said the chicken was at the bottom , paying $16 for a meal in 2023 i better be able to see my chicken and not have to dig for it lol. will not be here again.

Egg Foo Young was burnt. When I called to replace they would not redo the order. Not good food or business. Completely astonished.

Chinese food is better then most restaurants. My favorite is the Sky Dragon in Tradition. Only thing is it has only take outs.

Went in for carry out at about 1:30 pm, it wasn't busy at all, I was the only person there. I tried to order a small chop suet with tofu, I was told that the only thing I could have with tofu was the tofu and vegetables. I asked if I could get it in small, I was told no, only large. I asked why couldn't they just add tofu to the chop suey like they add the chicken? They said tofu only comes with the tofu and vegetables They spoke perfect English, the answer was just no. I still tipped and figured whatever I would have it for 2 meals. It was awful, it had about 3 kinds of vegetables and a bland brown sauce. I helped it out when I got home but I will find a new place for Chinese food, sadly Dayton, Ohio does Chinese food better!

Ordered Egg Foo Young and when arriving home which is about 35 mins away from their FOOD TO GO ESTABLISHMENT and saw that the food was burnt to a crisp. Taste so bitter and nasty. I called to let them know and Offered them a chance to make it right the next time I'm in town and order food again but instead of making it right on a meal cost less than 10.00, the ignorant owner/chef chose not to but wanting us to make the long drive to bring the food back if we want them to make a new one, I even offered to text them photos of the burnt food for them to see but they want us to come back, we chose to not waste the time and gas so instead, opt to write this review. Be sure TO OPEN UP your food if you order here, open it right there in front of them before you leave to show them if the food is fine or if it's burnt as you now know what they are like.

Don’t waste your time terrible customer service!!!! to be honest I can’t lie, The food is not bad, but very pricey I purchase sweet-and-sour chicken & vegetable fried rice. It came up to $16.86 ? As I looked on the menu for lunch it was $8.96dollars and for dinner it was $11.95. I paid the $16.86 what had a thing to myself why is it so pricey? So I asked the older Chinese lady why is it so much and she said because you wanted vegetables in your rice. I’ve never heard of a Chinese restaurant charging $4.25 for vegetables in the rice usually fried rice comes with vegetables, but instead they put pork in the rice, which I didn’t want and eggs in my rice, which I didn’t want , But of course they don’t ask what would you like on your rice they just expect you to pay extra! Especially first time visiting. One of the young girls brought my food up and it was just sitting there. The older Chinese lady was being so nasty to me because I ask for a refund for the $4.25 she told me to hold on even though my food was at the front ready. She told me to hold on so she can assist another customer when I was there first! I asked her. Why did I have to wait if my food is sitting there just hand me my food don’t make a difficult she got loud with me and I pretty much told her I’m not the one grow up
