I been many of chipotle and I am not happy with this one. Fistable the rice was so hard, and the food was all over the counter before goes into your bowl. They clean the counter with a nasty rag and dirty gloves, that sometimes is touching the food by mistake. I had a stomach pain today from the bacteria in the rag or bacteria in the air, becausethe food was cold. But the soon a eaten 2 spoons, I have to stop and I told I have to go to the hospital from the pain I had. Secondly the unprofessional way to treat your customers when they take a little more time to order there food. They just want you to order and don't ask questions of what you ordering. Do your self a favor, ask for example before you ordered and take home.Parking: The parking it is a problem as well. No room to park. And when you coming out be careful because you can bump the other car easily.

The workers in this establishment are RUDE! I NEVER EVER leave bad reviews but I had too today. This is the third time I come here and the workers are very slow, do not smile at customers, roll their eyes and when I ask if they can please refill the fajitas they said no with a horrible attitude. The customer service is dreadful. Last week I was here the girl serving the food was very slow with serving the food and looking around the room as if she was lost ?? It was ODD.. and then had me waiting 5 minutes to get my food to the cashier… the CASHIER had to serve my food because the one serving the food wouldn’t finish it even though she saw no one else was at the other section. Ridiculous LOL.

This place is filthy. I don't know why the health department hasn't shut them down. Food all over every counter. They won't even take the time to wipe down the counter tops. Dried up bean juice on the counter. The floor is full of food and trash all in the kitchen area. A manager that runs a place like that should be fired on the spot

If you want a dirty place, where they scrape the bottom of all the trays for cold meat, clumped rice, sloppy guac, with a side of stale chips come here. Throw in long waits, guacamole, cheese and rice scattered on the floor that you can lather up the bottom of your shoes with, this is the place. Disgusting.

I don't understand how you can mess up a online order. This location always messes up orders, and gives you another person's order. It never fails. I ordered 4 bowls and none of them were what I ordered. Not the first time this has happened.

I went in and they were completely out of white rice and chips which was fine I understand it’s the weekend. When I pointed out there was chips they gave it to me and had an attitude the whole time. I told them I got a side of queso and two vinaigrette and only got one vinaigrette in the bag even though I was charged for the sides. When I came back to get what I PAID for they were so rude and gave me one that was sitting on the counter, cold. Terrible staff .

Dirty, run down, drinks empty, no drink lids, dirty. Fairly quick service although one of the staff started squealing (having fun) having reacted to something and it kept going … really annoying.

Ordered for delivery and got skimmpt on EVERYTHING, so they charge more for the menu prices on delivery orders only to give you less food than you'd get if you had gone in, never again, way to save a buck Chipotle.

Food was great, but 3 containers including the peppers/onions one were empty... and they'd been empty awhile.Only 2 of us ordering and they nearly gave my order to the guy in front of me.They had to reopen them to check....mine had corn so they pulled it from his bag and gave him the correct one.Counter was messy. Too messy.This was a weekday at about 6pm...Seems they're struggling to be up to par....shouldn't happen at such a busy area of town. There were 2 tables of 2 people. When I walked in.Also got extra containers of guac....they pulled a full container from the fridge, so that was good....but they filled the containers sloppily, guac all over the sides. Messy.
