I order the same sundae every time I stop here yet pay a different price every time. More than half the time the hot fudge is not hot. Very frustrating! Grew up eating Culver's in Wisconsin and they have never served me a hot fudge sundae with not hot fudge.

Everything I ordered was wrong. I asked for a single meal with Cheddar and Onion Rings, I got a double with American cheese and Fries. My wife ordered the Wisconsin Chilli Supreme and received fries. My son ordered a kids chocolate with hot caramel Sunday and received chocolate ice cream with hot fudge. The young people taking my order need to pay more attention to what is being ordered. The manager was great in that she gave my wife the Chilli.

This is the second time I’ve ate at a Culver’s. The food is always so great and the place is always really clean. Customer service is excellent and they don’t mind answering questions about the menu. They always greet you when you enter and say bye when you leave. I would definitely go back and recommend.
