The food was ok. But the service was terrible. First time and last time going. The waiter never checked to see if we were ok or needed refills. Nothing she was busy waiting on a table that came in after us. I feel like we were completely ignored and the manager say I was upset and apologize. Don’t apologize do better people pay a lot to come there and all deserve to be treated fairly.

My son and I went there tonight. He Had the cheeseburger sliders and onion rings, which he loved. I had the grilled chicken club and fries which were also great. Our waiter Kymani was awesome. Very nice and friendly. Kenya also stopped by our table and she too was very friendly and nice. The hostess was sweet. It was our first time at this Duffys and we will definitely be returning.

The wings were horrible. They were not even cooked. I had to cook them for 30 minutes in my air fryer. I reached out to the food delivery service. They agreed that they did not look cooked. So they're going to reach out to Duffy. I did not get my money back for them which is annoying since I bought an item I'm sure they're known for, and they're undercooked. If I was the cook I would have been embarrassed to put the wings in the window to be served. If I was the waitress I would have been embarrassed to serve them to the customer. Where is Chef Ramsey when you need him? The photo below has been in my air fryer for 15 minutes. You can still see how nasty they looked. No crisp or anything. Them serving these wings like this makes me think they don't care about their food or customers.

Not very good customer service when I visited this location I found a strand of black hair in my food ( I have blonde hair) and I asked for no tomatoes on my chicken Alfredo and after confirming about it I still got tomatoes on my food .

My family and I were 1 of 3 people sitting in a booth, our server never came over we always had to call him over to get his attention. When I finally got his attention, I asked for a cocktail, it tasted like straight concentrated lime juice. Again, server was no where to be found so I walked up to the bartender. She was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for my drink to be remade. I walked away and went back to my booth when I got my salad but no salad dressing. Again, my server was no where to be found. When he finally came over, I asked him to just get his manager as I was done with my visit to Duffy’s. The manager did not care and did nothing to help or make the experience better for my family and I. We left. Never going back again. I’ve never left a restaurant so frustrated and disappointed!!!
