Currently been standing in line for almost 30 minutes and one person has been helped because they couldn’t figure out incorrect change. No manager here on a Saturday morning rush? After ordering I was charged $4 for a medium hot coffee with 4 cream and then they forgot to make it as I stood and waited another 15 minutes.

It is unfortunate that I received the wrong order. Via the mobile app, the additional things that I was asking for that I had previously paid for, were refused to meet at the window. I have my children with me. It is a Sunday morning and showing my receipt to the woman at the window twice she still refused to give me my items. Another person a gentleman came to the window, showed him my receipt, and he refused to also give me the items in which I think they were holding someone else’s mobile order receipt in their hands. For the quick service and having my children with me, it was the only reason I’m using the mobile app, but I am upset that now I have to conduct a refund through my application. I will not be visiting the store again, even though it’s the closest to me, but I think the manager should probably respond to me or train his staff much better.

I wish I could give zero stars….First of all, the kitchen and food/coffee prep areas are absolutely disgusting. The service is even worse. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to wait at least 20 minutes to even get noticed and then an additional 30 minutes for them to get around to making your coffee, and that’s if they make it right.

Klarissica Says It All

I frequently visit this location and receive great customer service. Recently, I had an issue where I ordered a Sweet tea and the it wasn't sweet at all. At first I thought that I was given unsweet tea but then when the employee Jessica cane back with a remake. I was made aware that the tea just wasn't sweetened properly by whoever made it. At that point I was like you know what it's okay maybe just add like 2 liquid sugar pumps.. and then i was like never mind.. Maybe its a sign that i didn't need the sugar this morning.. Like I do not want to be that person but She graciously was like no worries let me fix it. They say 3rd times a charm and it was. :)
