I'm really not sure how you have 6 employees behind the counter, and I'm still waiting on line for over 20 minutes now. I guess when you have a captive audience at a rest stop, there is no reason for customer service or efficiency.

There always an issue at this location hardly ever got full service most of the time if is not the system down is coffee maker down just serving ice coffee and donuts only especially when seems to arrive a lot of ppl in a bus suddenly nothing works. Poor communication and costumer service in a word is a disaster... im a truck driver and stop in a daily and 8 of 10 times this happens... sucks

It’s been more than 25 minutes and they are still making a coffee. I only came here to charge my car. It shouldn’t take longer to completely charge my Tesla than is does to make a coffee. At this point I’m paying more for idle fees than a $7 coffee. It’s not even busy. **update** got the drink after 32 minutes, and there is dry powder on the bottom. Not even mixed. Good grief.

I say hello to the cashier and she completely ignored me, no visual contact at all, she was more occupied on a video call laughing. Horrible service, they need to hire new people on this location. Horrible experience!!

I,until today was an employee. Third week with little to no proper training. Got thrown onto the register for third day. Manager,Nadia,treated me like I was beneath her daily. Constantly disrespecting me.Today,Friday. I called her at 5am to let her know my daughter night before came home with COVID. Was told I cannot call out and have to work. Wasn't trying to call out,just aprisng her of it. Not cool Dunkin makes you work anyway when being exposed to someone with COVID. Around all that food and customers and what not.anyhow. I could go to the bathroom and come back and I would be blamed for moving orders or whatnot. When I try to explain it wasn't me. I was told not to backtalk. Not a very nice person and she shouldnt be in Charge of anyone. No one smiles at customers or anything. I always did and busted my butt for them. Not a good place to be with such a toxic person. I accidentally supposedly gave a drink away to wrong person. Now am expected to pay for it or I can't get my paycheck. She really is a nasty piece of work.

About as slow as you can get for service. Staffing doesn’t seem to be an issue…workers seem to work backwards.

I'm not sure if it's like this every day but there was only one worker there yesterday called Marie who was really nice to me and while it was packed. This Dunkin needs to do better with staffing this establishment because I can only imagine the stress and how long it took for her to complete orders after I left and saw groups of customers flooding Dunkin. Hope you guys give her a raise or something. ?

Horrible service. Everyone is so slow while making the coffees. There's no organization when giving the coffees tu customers, no name or order number so you don't know which coffee is yours. Most employees are in the back so you'll always have a long wait line. I waited 30 minutes for one coffee.

This Dunking Donuts is HORRIBLE ?They should bring Starbucks back.Marie says “we don’t serve sandwiches at night, only certain drinks and whatever Donuts we have leftovers”. ?‍♂️
