Okay I don’t typically review fast food places but after my experience today I absolutely had to! Every time I come here I’m greeted in the most friendly way. This location is newer so it’s clean it’s aesthetic. I had a very pleasant experience with Rich who greeted my with a big smile on his fac it was a wonderful way to start my day! Something as simple as a smile and politeness really goes a long way. He even made sure to ask if he was pronouncing my name correctly! Thanks so much Rich.

I usually come to this location and I have never had any type of issues until today. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru to picked it up as usual. Today, I waited like 10 mins and no one was at the drive thru window, I honked my horn, I knocked at the window and nothing… my only option left was to slide the window and say: “Hello” after that a girl came to me and she was giving me attitude saying that it was only the two of them… I understand if you are short staff and really busy people/customers can wait a little longer, but I was the only customer at the drive thru and I all I saw was a guy (the one with glasses) talking to a girl wearing a Blaze Pizza shirt. After that, the guy came to the window to give me the order with a smirk on his face. And the DD worker (the girl) was laughing as well as the one with the Blaze Pizza Shirt too. I fell so uncomfortable that I couldn’t drink my coffee nor eat my donut cause who knows what they did/put to it. The worst customer service !!!

Was there this morning 11-10-23. 709am asked for the same thing I get everyday xl hot tea cream ex sugar.. Girl handed me my tea cover not on spilled all over me and my truck especially my left hand burned my hand as I'm yelling she hands me napkins and takes the cup which by the way was a green tea plain no Milk no sugar and states... Oh the cover was on right. Three times I had to ask for ice. . Then pulled over to put ice on my hands to again notice tea was not correct... Went into the store to get correct tea and ask to speak to the manager to show them my hand..manager not there and no one could give me info were she could be reached or how to reach cooperate, unbelievable. Id share a photo but no were to do so.

The drink is ultimately fine but they have forgotten the caramel two times in a row. Otherwise a good dunkin, the store is clean and the employees are kind.
I've been going to Dunkin for over 20 years all over FL and this location is one of the best. Whether ordering in person or mobile, orders are accurate, fast and fresh.

Rip off - charged me twice in my app, but refuses to acknowledge. So be careful when using the app as there's no way to prove they don't double charge. Wouldn't even off me anything -it's the principle. I don't need to connive to get a free $3 cup of coffee , but I don't appreciate $ being stolen either.

Used the drive through and it was pretty fast. The coffee was good and I got an egg and cheese sausage wrap. The prices at this particular location are higher than other locations. The service attendant was friendly and pleasant.
