I haven’t been a huge fan of Dunkin’ in years but this location hasn’t disappointed me yet. Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee reasonably priced. Friendly customer service. I will agree it has been hot in here the few times I’ve visited but looks as though that issue has been resolved. Thankfully.

I always have a great time at Dunkin and it is one of my favorite morning spots. The coffee, donuts, and almost everything else on the menu is amazing and if you download the app, you will have constant points in savings. FYI.Dietary restrictions: Dunkin’ Donuts always has restrictions for diets labeled so that way if you don’t know the staff will inform you but please inform his staff of your dietary restrictions before ordering. Please and thank you.Parking: Parking was not hard they were not that busy so that may have a lot to do with it because when I know Dunkin’ Donuts gets busy, it is hard to find parking sometimes at certain locations.Kid-friendliness: I have never been to a Dunkin donuts where they are not kid friendly he can’t be busy at sometimes but there’s always room. The only thing you need to worry about is getting your kids to find one thing they wanna eat. Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Dunkin’ Donuts corporation always make sure there is accessibility for all handicap and that is why I respect the corporation.

Waited in the drive through for a mobile order for 20 minutes. Went inside to pick up the order only to find out they didn’t have part of it. Had to get a refund for a part of my order in cash. Service is terrible, and at least five people left the drive-through because they were taking so long. This restaurant has horrible customer service and they are very slow. The hashbrowns were cold as well.

Was told there were only 3 of them there after waiting about 10 minutes for a croissant with butter. Better customer service/communication skills would go a long way here.

I came directly from a different dunkin because the iced coffee the other place sold me was WAY TOO watered down. The girl at drive thru took hood care of me, and their coffee was stronger. Thank you.

The air conditioner has been broken for MONTHS, and management will not fix it. This is South Florida for god's sake! The staff are generally friendly, but the store is usually filthy and HOT for no good reason. They also can't make a good cup of coffee to save their lives.

Check your receipts.I ordered Croissant with turkey sausage egg and Cheddar cheese. This is the 4th time in about 2 months that it comes out with American cheese. That tastes awful. The receipts didn't have Cheddar on it so if I go back I'll do their job for the and check the receipt.

This place is really dirty. Management really needs to get a handle on cleanliness and the lack there of. Also, if you order a toasted bagel and specifically say toasted well and you’re served a light bagel, clearly there’s something not right or lost in communication. Management step your game up especially with hygiene and service.

Sat in line for 30 minutes watching employees play and flirt. Cashier kept saying give her a minute but none one in line. HORRIBLE customer service and food. Coffee was so weak it was like ice tea. Sandwich was burnt and gross. Dunkin you SUCK

An older lady who was presumably new was working her heart out. And there was a gentleman, with a left sleeve tattoo and locs who was super helpful. It was the Spanish looking woman with curly hair whobwas on her phone at the cash register as I was asking her a question and the woman behind her ( I'm assuming she was the manager or lead) who also was on the phone and couldn't care less about the question I was asking. My drink had been made wrong. That experience was infuriating.
