The taste of the pizza was "off" "high level of Salty" either "less expensive mozzerella cheese, or to much Salt In The Doe, the sauce could cause this sour taste as well.We ordered once, a while ago, a Sicilian Pie that was very good, cheese was a white color, Doe was great, we ordered it, because the regular pizza was inconsistent. You, the owner, may not notice things that become obvious to your clients, May I recommend staying on top of the ingredients which are simple, using better qualities of cheese, fresh sauce, and attention to the atmosphere ( cleanliness, update the interior) looking into the kitchen seeing the garbage cans, unappetizing sites rust, rot and decay.Food stores need to be sterilized to some level, it's important.I owned a two take out pizza locations, (both needed updating of quality and new sauce recipe's)one in Delray, near the Blood Bank and Motor Vechile ( New York Pizza), one in Coconut Creek, (Dina's)they were not fancy, but, clean, we purchased from Don's and other purveyors the best cheese, so it did not burn or leak heavy oils, and our Sauce was always checked for quality (age). I too, was an owner, not physically making pizza, but, I loved our pizza, ate it every chance I could. ?.Since you asked. My criteria is simple, and coming from a positive, constructive place, we the community need you and your Pizza, your Food, to Succeed, with the hope that you prosper, succeed, and service your clientle that ensures their happiness and repeat customers.

I was having trouble with a vehicle and I was looking for parts and my money was a little tight. So the logical solution was to get some more work so more money would come in. The next thing I know I am looking at an add for a line cook for a restaurant I have never heard of. I called and talked to one of the managers and he said to come in the next day and fill out an application. I go in to find one of the best places in town that not many know about and they are great people from the staff to management. I get the job and I get to cook some of the best Italian food in town. Thank you.Vegetarian options: In Italian cuisine the main objective is to use fresh ingredients and they stock the best vegetables and produce. So if you want something please call the restaurant or talk with your server and they will work with you.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is a private establishment so if you have any concerns please contact the restaurant or talk to the manager and they will do what they can to assist.Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza where almost all the other businesses are closed during dinner and that’s their busiest time. I have never had a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: It looks very small but you will be surprised how many people will sit and eat and there’s plenty of room.
We've ordered many pizza and had 8 people dine in when the food was good now the pizza really sucks ALWAYS BURNT lately & the dough doesn't even rise. They can't even proof the dough right.Randy the owner refuses to make it right.Randy open your wallet and pay a good Pizza maker !You will NEVER make a penny from me or anyone from our family again.Don't be surprised when I show up picketing your establishment.

First time trying Estella's. My husband loves his sausage and cheese sub and I also totally enjoyed my roast beef sub! Reminds us of our favorite subs in CT. We'll be ordering again soon.

Regularly order from here as the pizza is great when the staff doesn’t burn the bottom of it. However, delivery time is usually one hour past time quoted. So order, ahead of time to ensure you get your order on time. Staff needs to be trained better as they get orders wrong 1/4 times. Thinking about just getting Papa John’s if they make me wait long again.

Waitress was friendly and very efficient.. food was amazing!.Snapper with shrimp over pasta with artichokes and tomatoes in lemon wine sauce was perfect! Others had the chicken parm which also was excellent. They pour a nice size glass of wine ( pinot grigio house wine) that was very good.
