Food was good. Octopus was a bit over charred for my taste and soked in too much oil. The Veal was excellent. Caesar salad was wonderful with plenty to share. We appreciated the dog friendly patio. Service was good but not the friendliest of staff, but they were prompt and did a great job.

The food was excellent. I had the Sardines appetizer and the Bronzino and my gf had the Sea Bass. Everything was cooked perfectly. All I can ask is bigger portions for the side items. Dessert was very good and the cappuccino was a perfect end to a beautiful meal. Also, the music could use some work- it jumps between random oldies pop rock and singers and standards kind of stuff. Otherwise great, will come again.

Food was incredibly delicious. Monk fish, mussels, Portuguese steak…..all great. Server was very professional, but most likely overwhelmed with tables.

Went for a birthday dinner. Appetizers, salads, and entrees were prepared to perfection. Every bite delicious! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. This restaurant is a find. Dining room was bustling - next time we’ll try the patio.

Went there the first time and had a good meal with good service, but this last time was very disappointed when I brought in friends, one who is Portuguese and was looking forward to eating at this place. The waitress was not welcoming nor attentive. We had a 6:30 reservation and they ran out of two entrees both which I and our friend would have like to order. What kind of restaurant runs out of food by 6:30? Not planning to go back for a while. Maybe I'll make a reservation for 4:00 p.m.

Hidden treasure on Jensen Beach! Fernando's Dockside Grille offers a culinary journey that seamlessly blends fresh seafood with the vibrant flavors of Portugual and Mediterranean, and the warm and inviting atmosphere at Fernando's Dockside Grille adds to the overall charm of the dining experience. The result is a cultural and memorable dining experience. When placing your drink order, do not pass on the Sangria. The Sangria at Fernando's Dockside Grille is nothing short of exceptional. The refreshing and fruity notes perfectly complement the tropical heat of Port Saint Lucie, making it an ideal beverage to savor with the flavor of the food. The Shrimp Mozambique, a highlight of the menu, showcases Chef Fernando Dovale's culinary expertise. The dish is a delightful fusion of flavors, with perfectly cooked shrimp bathed in a zesty Mozambique sauce consisting of saffron, garlic, and olive oil. The combination of spices and the freshness of the shrimp creates a harmonious taste that lingers on the palate. In conclusion, Fernando's Dockside Grille has undoubtedly become a new favorite for me. The combination of delectable dishes, including the standout Sangria, Shrimp Mozambique, and an impressive array of fresh seafood, makes it a culinary destination worth revisiting. I highly recommend Fernando's to anyone seeking a great dining experience.

The food & staff is a gem we discovered. We love Portuguese food and plan on dinning there at least once a month and for special occasions. It can be difficult to find a good place to dine at in PSL & this place is a hidden GEM in PSL. We're so glad we found it. Our waiter John by far has the hospitality of a 5 star dinning restaurant! The owner Fernando came over to our table to introduce himself and wanting to know if we were satisfied with the food and how we were doing. He was so kind & caring(a dieing way of being in the restaurant industry). We also discovered from talking to him that we was the chef/ owner of some great restaurants we frequently dinned at in NY. Ohh what a coincidence & so we chatted, reminisced an had some good laughter ? Thank you John & Fernando for a great Friday night dinning experience! Fyi...the price is great!Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a kind & friendly atmosphere. Great place.

First visit here and the food itself was well made and delicious. Our server helped to explain food preparation and was super. The atmosphere was dated European almost Tuscany old style and a little dreary...may return when new menu appears.

The place is not large and has a lovely ambiance. Our large group waited over an hour to be served, and not everyone did at that. So some of us told the others at the table to go ahead and eat, while we watched and waited for about another 10 minutes. The food was tasty, but too much salt, and my food was served barely lukewarm. Too hungry to send it back and wait any longer. The vegetables were very good and fresh. Some said that they would have liked some coffee and dessert, but that was not offered to us by the waiter; only asked if there was anything else we needed.Good thing that the company was good, because for the price of the meal it did not meet expectations.

While staying in Port St. Lucie, we decided to try Fernando's & we weren't disappointed! It was a warm evening with a cool breeze. Our server was delightful & although we didn't have a reservation & the restaurant was very busy, he quickly found a nice table. We started with a generous glass of wine & a delicious sangria. Followed up with an entree of pork with little necks in a yummy sauce with roasted potatoes, etc. It was enough for two .. tons of pork, a dozen little necks in the shell & lots of potatoes, so I took the rest home. My friend had a chicken & shrimp, etc. entree which he really enjoyed. We kind of missed not having a vegetable, but our choices were wonderful. Highly recommend Fernando's!

Small restaurant tucked away in an office plaza. Thought it may be located on the water due to the name, but it's not. Seating is limited, so I suggest getting there early. I ordered the Mariscada and the Chicken Mara E Monte. I was disappointed in the Mariscada because it had so much pasta vs. the seafood for the price. Also, the sauce is very watery. The chicken dish was very good. I may come back to try other dishes.
