I’m so excited! I called and they confirmed they cook their chicken in olive oil. I’m not sure if everything here is seed oil free, but knowing that the chicken alone is will have me as a repeat customer! I wish more restaurants would start cooking with healthier oils.

I relocated to this area and this is my favorite health food spot. They have the best turkey burgers, their smoothies and juices are made fresh daily. The açai bowls are to die for. This is a small family owned and operated business. The owners are super friendly, very sociable and great customer service!

We found this gem a couple of years ago. I fell in love with the ‘wake’ shake! A lot of fresh ingredients. Definitely worth a try. Not far from 95 for those of you who are adventurous!

This smoothie bowl was more like shaved ice with some large chunks of ice. that took them about 10 minutes to scrape out of a large container, so it melted and was like fruit and granola floating in juice. It was definitely not a thick or creamy consistency.

Highly recommend!! The food is fresh and just makes you feel good. The smoothies and juices (the several I’ve tried) are amazing. So far, my favorite is the thyroid boost juice and the tuna melt panini. I brought my kids into the restaurant on Bayshore (these kids usually crave McDonald’s)… all of them. Age 10, 13, 16, 18.. all loved the food, smoothies, and tea. You will not be disappointed… I plan to eat here at least once a week. All the kids are eager to go back. The price is right.
