I must express my profound disappointment with the quality of food served at this establishment. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt by deleting my previous one-star review and granting them another opportunity, my hopes were dashed. To my disbelief, they managed to fall short of my already modest expectations.Upon reaching out to share my feedback, I was met with the excuse that Postmates was to blame, which only added to my dismay.The salmon roll emitted an odor that raised concerns about its safety. The gyoza arrived frozen inside, a feat I cannot fathom how Postmates accomplished. The chicken was so overcooked that I suspect its descendants will emerge charred. The steak resembled tougher leather than what adorns my boots. The fried rice lacked any discernible flavor, reminiscent of plain steamed rice but with less appeal. Even the egg roll paled in comparison to options found in the freezer section of Aldi.In all honesty, this establishment ranks as the worst I have ever encountered. They should feel ashamed of the subpar experience they provide. I offer feedback with the hope that businesses will use it constructively to improve and thrive, but it appears they have abandoned such aspirations. While I have never before advocated for the closure of any establishment, perhaps it is time for this one to consider retiring its operations.

My 1st time ever eating or ordering from Hibachi express. The Hibachi chicken and steak was very good and nice portions. Would eat there again and recommend it.

Eight people in our party; two are vegetarian. Four went home with mild to severe food poisoning. Restaurant floors were sticky and dirty, restroom trash can was overflowing with used paper towels spewed about on the floor. Food was mediocre. The Sushi was poorly prepared and mushy.Initially the service was friendly but slow, it improves when there is a change in staffing. I suspect the previous waiter found himself in the weeds. The waitress who took over was friendly and efficient.I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment because 4/8 people suffered food poisoning.I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment to anyone because of its dirtiness of the floors, food cart's, grills and bathroom.

Never once had a bad experience here and we order from here often. Prices are very reasonable, my husband and kids LOVE the sushi (I'm not a sushi person so can't speak on that). I don't recall ever having an order that was incorrect or missing something. We do take out from here more often then dine in and the service is always super fast. Trying to find a place around Port St Lucie with good food and reasonable prices is already hard enough. Hibachi Express is always good food, good service & reasonable prices.

Ordered Hibachi shrimp with fried rice & sushi . The Order was lacking a lot in flavor , the onion wasn’t roughly chopped and barely cooked , Huge Free Cup of Yum Yum Sauce that didn’t taste like Yum Yum At all.Very Dissatisfied
