Wow. Quality has gone down hill I used to love Jersey Mikes. They had the best Veggie sub out there. I got a regular veggie sub. The bread was hard, stale, literally had 3 slices of cheese, and the veggies I asked for were sparse. I just paid $9 for old bread a couple slices of cheese and an a little lettuce and 2 small tomato slices. They also left out a part of my order. What a disappointment. I’ll stick to pub-subs.

Absolutely absurd. Ordered a giant club sub with extra meat. Lady just ignoring me as she cuts the meat. Spent 26 dollars on a sub. Least they can do is get it right and not steal extra money while not giving me what I paid for.

My wife and I bought a couple of subs from Jersey Mike's for the first time. She got a portobello wrap and I got a cheese steak. We both enjoyed them as they were tasty. Service was what you'd expect from a chain sandwich shop. The only thing that bugged me was the sizes as I wanted a large sub but they only have mini, regular (little larger than the mini), and giant (4 regulars) , which was too big.

Had it delivered. 6 pm on the nose. Never had bread that wasn't fresh from there before. It's Sunday, should that matter? Killed it for me. Wont stop going back, but will get it at lunch time I guess. Otherwise, the usual goodness in between the bread.

Spent 30 bucks on a single sub that they didn’t get right. Called back in for them to fix it and the manager wasn’t interested in practicing good quality customer service. Instead she continued to laugh at me and told me to take it up with corporate.I know y’all make 10 bucks an hour but if you’re that angry with life you should work bettering your life, not take it out on your customers.

The employees at this location admitted to me that they PURPOSELY do no make bread in order to close the store faster - and TURNING AWAY customers , on purpose, pre planned. He also admitted that their sales have been decreasing on Saturdays - coincidentally the same day they PURPOSELY CLOSE EARLY. I'm sure their corporate office would be glad to hear that their employees are STEALING from their company by minimizing profits. I will be making a corporate complaint and also speaking to the manager personally by Monday. I hope every single employee on shift this night is fired, and the location investigated.
