I ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for oil and vinegar dressing, when it came it had mayo, which I can't stand. I called and the lady was nice, admitted it was their error, and said she would send the driver back out with a new sandwich. IT NEVER CAME and I was left to pay for a meal I didn't order. Being in the customer service industry myself, I understand mistakes happen, but resolution and follow up are key!

I've been ordering from this place for 3 years, and every time there's an issue. Every time they deliver I give the driver a 30% tip even though they cannot seem to get the order right, and most of the time they are rude! Today, when I tried to explain that I would like extra hot peppers and I never get them, the young lady basically said that I’d get it how they make it and hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I think I'm just going to start going to Publix, Subway, or Which Wich even though it takes more time away from my very busy schedule, because it's just not worth the hassle! I deal with customers every day, and sometimes they can be so caught up in their own lives, with their own problems, that they can be somewhat inconsiderate and self-centered. I get it life is complicated at times, to say the least, and I don't think that people mean to be this way. Knowing this, I am very conscious of the fact that most people in the customer service industry deal with this constantly. However, I make a conscious decision not to act like this when I interact with others, and even though it conveniently saves me time, I will not be treated this way by someone who should know better. Take it for what it's worth ??

This location is the best. I work in the same plaza and go for lunch sometimes. They never disappoint. Ordering is always super easy and fast. The staff at this location are all awesome.

I had a great experience at this Jimmy John's location! The service was fast and the food was delicious. Even though it was busy, I didn't feel rushed and the food came out quickly without sacrificing any quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Useless Knowledge

Fast service, good food, clean restaurant! It was set up a lot different than I remembered it when it first open years ago. It seems to be designed so they can move a lot of traffic fast. They were fast!Kid-friendliness: Parents were eating there with kids in tow.Parking: Large parking lot!

Got an 8 inch sub from here last night and haven't been able to stay off the toilet for very long. Will never eat here again nor do I recommend it. Free smells? More like free dihharea with every purchase.

Had a terrible experience at this location today at 6 pm. 2 females and a guy were working that shift and myself and my family came in we were instantly profiled and treated poorly. After asking to view our sandwiches it was shoved in our faces by the male making the sandwiches after that experience I decided I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the sandwiches the woman behind the counter stated she would only provide a partial refund and questioned why I wanted my money back. I explained to her that I did not have to give her a reason and she proceeded to call me a b!tch and told me to get the fnck out of her store and not to come back. This is no way to treat a customer and I’m sure you value your customers . This was a terrible experience for myself and my family. I felt racially profiled and treated unfairly. I will not be returning to this store. I was unable to get their names but I do have my receipts from my purchase and refund.
