I placed an online order for a #16 Club Lulu, opting to add avocado for an extra charge. The sandwich is supposed to include turkey, but upon receiving my order, I noticed there was no turkey or avocado in my sandwich. When I called to address the issue, an employee insisted they had added avocado, but didn't respond to my concern about the missing turkey. It's worth noting that another sandwich in my order requested no turkey but came loaded with avocado, indicating a mix-up. Despite the employee's offer to rectify the mistake if I returned to the store, as a pregnant customer, making a 25-minute trip back is not feasible for me. So now my spouse is pissed about their sandwich. Pay attention guys!!!!!

Went to try this place out my coworker told me they had good sandwiches my 1st time I going to do a review unbelievable customer service was poor no greet I told the young man this was my 1st any suggestion he look at me like he didn't know so I just ordered 2 Sandwiches number 11 and 16 I ask him aren't you gonna ask me what size his applied was my back the other just went to making the subs so other old guy came from the back I was like u guys don't or treat the customer friendly he said oh he just came in the young man that was making the subs I was like wow if I could they wouldn't get one star please get this place together I was like a secret shopper ....review the place I ask the old guy for a extra cup of oil and vinegar he went back and add it to one cup I already had told him ill pay for it... this afternoon sift on 3-12 -2024

delicious fresh subs that are great every time! Their employees are always so kind and welcoming and are hard workers. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and their restaurant. I always get the number 10 with spicy peppers and it’s so delicious. My favorite sandwich place in town!!

I ordered a slim Vito, as is with mayo packets--I got no oil and vinegar which is in the description and no mayo packets. Barely any lettuce on my #9 regular which was supposed to be a GIANT and it wasn't. Thanks. Also thanks for not being on door dash, yuber or grub hub. As slow as you are you should be able to take orders--but maybe not since 2 out of 3 sandwiches I ordered were wrong.

Two guys working the counter at 5:45pm labor day had the worst additude and looked like they hated being there..Really abnoxius and rude to the point I almost wanted to ask what was the problem !

The managers of this location will call and herass you when it’s a mistake on their end with receipts. Imagine them having your number and they call you another day bout a canceled order assuming it’s today and giving me trouble with her attitude problem and gets mad cause I gave her one back. Unprofessional herassing people and ghetto. This store needs to get their act together and fire the managers. Like litterally take out the trash already.

Couple things. Why do all young kids who work in service have to have ear phones in their ears at all times making it to where they can't hear what I'm saying? Between that and the music being loud. Because of these 2 things I had to repeat my order of 2 subs 3 times because she couldn't hear it understand me.....

The subs are so good, so is the service. Everybody is always smiling. And very importantly - the bathrooms are always clean. All around, Jimmy John's in Port St. Lucie is a great place for a sub.

BE WARE. Pray everything goes fine or they WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. On Sept 11th. I placed an order. They got it wrong and were going to charge me more money. It became sooo frustrating that I said - "please reimburse me my money". They gave me a receipt that did not reflect the credit and insisted their accounting works this way. On October 13th I checked my bank statements an no credit was ever given. I called back and spoke with the Manager John. Very nice and polite young man. How ever after nearly 40 minutes on the phone and finding my credit card and the order and that I never was REIMBURSED he said the owner would do further investigation. He's only had over a month to investigate. All this hoopla for $24.59. I held back from putting in a bad review but after a month and playing this game the OWNER leaves me no choice. I said thank you for your help may he take it up with God. They seem to care more about money and stealing it than making things right. Be ware!!!

There is one older lady there that is very rude and impatient. I will never come back to this location. There was a young gentleman at the counter that was trying to assist me and then she comes over and looks over his shoulder asking what do you want? Rude for no reason at all.

This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in a while! I ordered my #9 with no onions, then my husband ordered the same with no tomatoes. Got into the car, opened my sandwich…loaded with onions. Went back in with my receipt, told them what I asked for and he was telling me what my husband ordered, which had nothing to do with mine. He made a new sandwich, while shaking his head, handed me the new one, threw away my receipt. I asked for salt/pepper packets, he replied “nope, don’t have any” I asked any in the back, he replied as he walked away from me“none at all anywhere”.
