Nice place to go for an ice cream. Right near the beach. The ice cream is pretty good, kind of expensive. The four stars is for the atmosphere. Not a must go place, but definitely a place to go if you're in the area and in the mood the ice cream .

I went in on a random Saturday hoping to find some chocolate covered strawberries but they have changed to doing them by order only. The girls working were all super sweet and said I could have some made for the next day. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they were amazing and everyone was once again so pleasant when I picked them up. The staff is younger but the customer service is unmatched. It’s without a doubt my favorite ice cream and chocolate shop in the area strictly because of how pleasant the staff always is here! Give these girls raises! I’ve never had a single rude employee in the 4 years we’ve been going there!

Friendly service and delicious ice cream! We had mint chocolate chip on a cone and blueberries, strawberries with bits of pie crust on a cone. They also have taffy, fudge, and chocolates.

I went to Kilwins expecting a nice grandiloquent evening. However, I was greeted by the most unkind human I've ever came across. She was so rude from the beginning didn't even greet us then while checking out, she told us we needed to leave because they needed to lock up. Meanwhile, her boyfriend was still in the building at 10:38pm.

I usually just get ice cream & I wanted to try something new so I asked for a shake. Once I walked out I tried my drink and it didn't taste anything like the ice cream. So I went back in & said to the 4/5 ladies that were in there, this shake doesn't taste anything like the ice cream. There response was there's milk... it's a milk shake..duh very rudely. Instead of helping me with the situation they made me feel like I was d**** I've never had a shake before and I didn't know that there was added milk into it. (2%). After going back & forth. I said ...well I don't like this, can I just change it. After all of them looked and talked to me VERY RUDELY, one of them helped me out. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I only got one of the employees names. Emily was rude and seemed like her boyfriend was in the back. Everything was just very unprofessional.

Cute little chocolate and ice cream shop located in Tradition. Even though it is a bit pricey, the ice cream is very good. The chocolates are delicious and you will have the opportunity to purchase chocolates and have them boxed with a bow. They make great gifts!
