The salad was great, waitress was great, but the main dish has no pizaz, no color, a slab of chicken parm, with spagetti, and just tomato sause from a jar. The dinner came with no bread and the mixture of tomato sauce chicken parm mixed with olive oil pasta was mot good. There was no garlic in the dish either. Not impressed for an italion restaurant

We’ve eaten all over Italy and plenty of spendy Italian restaurants in the states - this casual spot was one of the top of our all time favorite list. The house salad with burrata, orange, dried cherries, almonds and mixed greens was perfect. The chicken Marsala with garlic and parm penne was delicious and comforting at the same time. We added a side of broccoli rabe - sautéed to, what else, perfection. And let’s not forget nonna’s bread pudding - fresh from the oven with surprise Heath and semisweet chocolate chips melted throughout. This is a family owned and operated eatery and it showed in all the care and attention to detail. Well done!

Came here for lunch after reading the reviews and very happy I did. The Bolognese was amazing, and it's hard to find a good one. I had gastric surgery so I have restrictions and they were kind and non judgemental. I would definitely return if I am in the area again. I want to try a garlic knot sandwich next!

Delicious. Soup was fantastic. Had the Angry Broccoli Rabe. Very good. The garlic knots are huge and perfectly seasoned. I will be back. But probably with friends so we can split a few meals. (And next time I'll post photos)

fantastic food great service. I would give this place five stars except if you want bread you have to pay for it. Seriously, Italian restaurants that don't bring out bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil or butter? Italian restaurants nearby with the best free bread, Tutto fresco and Pastaio.PS.. It would be nice they responded to some of the reviews

Pizza Lovers, must try Highly recommend trying their Garlic Knots, extremely lite with a crispy layer!Meatballs, yummy, try it out.We ordered a 14" Half Pep./Buffalo Chicken and was decent. Crust was amazing and layer was a little on the flimsy side but still good!Peroni on draft?Service was so warm & friendly ??

Have eaten at the restaurant a few times. The pizza, knots, sandwiches, Stromboli and especially the knotwich (that is a sandwich on a gigantic garlic knot and to die for) are all fantastic. The family and staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is clean, modern and inviting. Not to mention they have a full bar. Although it is nestled off the beaten path so not let that discourage you. You will be very pleased with the food as I was and you will be a repeat customer as I have been as well.
Finally had to opportunity to eat here and we were not disappointed. Got the eggplant stacker for an appetizer. My wife is not keen for eggplant but she loved it. Then we shared the NoNo pizza and agin not disappointed at all. For dessert, we were talked into the bread pudding. Again kudos. We were talking how we are looking forward to come back for the pasta dishes as they look delicious and are huge.

A group of 16 ladies had lunch here on Tuesday, and other than not everyone getting their meals at the same time , we were very pleased with this restaurant. The atmosphere is bright and clean and we were warmly welcomed. We were given drinks right away and any questions we had were graciously answered. All the food was perfectly plated, smelled heavenly, and served hot. I think the only reason ever wasn't served at once is because we were such a large group and everything is is made fresh. All the food was delicious and I am sure we will return.
My family stopped here on our way north from West Palm Beach and we are so happy we did. Kids split a pizza and Italian sub, I had the Knotwich, and my partner had a calzone. All of them were really good, we also ordered garlic knots which were large, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, needless to say we went through this really quick. They also have tables that the kids can draw on. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for pizza and knots.

First time at LaMattina. People were super friendly. Great service family oriented. Clean new restaurant. Food was very good. Prices fair. I had the Mahi francese with pasta. Very good, actually we were 4. Everyone was happy. Pizza done nicely. Only complaint is the tables are too congested and you are too close to other patrons. I should have asked why their was a Dutchess Divider in the middle of the restaurant. I wish them well. Very nice family
