Never again will I step foot into this establishment, my daughter worked there, walked to work every day, did her chefs called out one time because she was ill and did not want to get anyone else sick and got fired the next day, the manager of that stablish Munt is horrible, treats her like garbage in front of other customers and there are so many complaints about him and I really think people need to start against him because maybe then something will be done now my child is sitting here crying hysterically are not understanding why this happened to her when she was spoken to in a very rude manner in front of a whole bunch of customers consistently but still continue to do her job and no less after shift help other workers with their job because that's the type of person that she is and because she did all this and I was sick for one day only called out one day since she has started her job was actually fired the next day

We ordered a smash burger and got the wrong cheese on it and the burger was loaded with grease, ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and will say its worse ive ever had, the bottom of carton had lots of oil and the wrap was soaking with it.The wrap fell apart, tiny chicken pieces inside.Spend $30 and very disappointed ☹️

Man, has this place gone downhill. Sat at the bar and it took the person behind the bar 15-20 minutes to offer us a menu. It was not busy on this Wednesday night. She wasn't familiar with whether or not they had gluten free buns. I had them before on the Taylor Ham sandwich. But she checked with "the guys in the back" because the kitchen manager wasn't there and said that they didn't offer gluten free buns. (The website claims that they do.) We only had silverware for one and had to ask for a second set of utensils. My husband's boneless wing were no better than a freezer aisle version. When we were finished our plates of finished food and garbage sat in front of us for way too long for there being three people at the bar. She had plenty of time to chat with coworkers with her back to us, however.

Best wings in PSL hands down. My husband & I go just about weekly. Food is always great & services is amazing! The manager Tony always comes to check on us & make sure we are happy with everything. All the servers are awesome but we really like Samantha, she’s always personable & friendly!
Party of 5 we ordered 3 appetizers pot stickers mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms then we order dinner 2 salads 2 wings 1 quesadilla… when the quesadilla came out, it had a German cockroach between the plate and the food we told the waitress which was a great waitress. No complaints there but the manager came to talk to us for five seconds to tell us sorry and that we wouldn’t have to pay for the quesadilla fast forward to this morning all five of us are sick. I’ve heard something about there might be some new kitchen staff this place needs to tighten things up in the kitchen I’ll probably never eat there again

The sassy waitress was busting my balls when I asked if they were hiring, (cuz I'm currently between jobs)...Based on my drunken ranting she said, "gee I wonder why"? Yep, I'm fairly unemployable these days. Thankfully someone else paid for my meal.

I've been a regular to leftys over the past 8 years. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. Now mind you, our waitress was very nice and she did her job. My main issue is with the kitchen. I don't know if they changed cooks but it has gone so far downhill recently I don't know if it can be fixed. We sat there for over an hour waiting on our food and when it came out it was almost all over cooked. I had to peel the breading off of my child's boneless wings just so she could eat and the chicken inside was so dry and overcooked my kid didn't want to eat it. My burger was so badly charred on the outside I felt like I was eating charcoal, so I didn't finish my food. There is more food that was overcooked but I think yall get the picture. The manager offered to remake my food but I declined as I was no longer hungry. He did try to rectify the situation and did take a few items off and a discount on top and I really do appreciate it. I'm just very sad that a place I absolutely love no longer has the quality it once had. I really hope they can turn it around but I don't think I'll be coming back for a while and my family who was also there is in agreement.

When you order delivery from Lefty's, this is what you should expect to happen with your order when you open it up.This is not our first experience with poor packaging by them. They actually owe me a free meal from a couple years ago. I decided to give them another try last night. UNACCEPTABLE!!!I don't even want a credit to return to this restaurant, because I won't. I just want a refund on what I paid for this mess.
