My family ordered pizza and salad for dinner, was surprised to see that the pizza was burnt on the top and not cooked on the bottom. The dough was still raw and uncooked. When going to pickup, the staff was very unfriendly. I am super disappointed:/

This place has really gone down the drain. I must admit we haven’t been there in about 2 years. This used to be our go to pizza shop mainly because of the atmosphere and the location but the food was always mediocre. With the new pizza shops in town with better food, we simply stopped going there. My husband and I went to Massino’s a couple nights ago on a whim. It was about an hour before closing time and we were going to place a small to-go order. We walked up to the front counter and asked the young lady, if was okay if we placed a to go order since it was almost closing time. She said it was fine but if we dine in, we would only have 30 minutes to eat. We were not sure what we wanted so we read the menu. When my husband knew what he wanted he started to order. As soon as he was finished, the front desk lady looked at me and said ma’m and I said hold on, I’m still deciding on what I want to order. After about 10 seconds of staring at me, she said ma’m again, rudely trying to rush me. We ended up ordering two slices of pizza and 10 hot wings. We went home and the slices of pizza were tasted as they always have, mediocre and edible. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same as the wings. At first appearance the wings looked normal but when we brought it up to our mouths to take a bite, they smelled funky and they tasted not fresh. There was also a lot of hot sauce on them, I am assuming was put on them intentionally to mask the smell. The only positive thing I can say about the food is that it cleared up my week long constipation, over night! So thanks Massimo’s!
