Plenty of staff but they favor drive thru orders and ignore everyone standing at counter for orders. People aren't getting served until they waive down staff... They then hunt for a specific ticket among the pile coming off the printer... Napkins empty, ice empty, several size lids empty...

I make deliveries so if I come in there and you have multiple people standing at the counter, but nobody acknowledges you that’s very unprofessional, and when I said something about it, and I turned around and walked out of the door, they laughed loudly like it was a joke, very unprofessional staff Unacceptable behavior will not be returning to that McDonald’s ever you need to Reassess your staff some of them are not mature enough to be in customer service

Unorganized. I went in to get a black coffee. I end up ordering 2 hash browns as well. The coffee came with milk so I had to give that back. I waiting very long for my hash browns. I seen hash browns made but given to customers that came in after me even though I was there first. With every employee speaking Spanish I felt a little weird. Not a good experience!

Ordered a double big mac meal. It was cold my second bite in i noticed something sticking out of my burger. I pulled out a long black strain of hair! Im so disguisted i dont ever want mcdonalds again. I am traumatized! ??Zero stars
I placed my order at about 9:27pm and arrived shortly after. The line at the drive through was excessively long and unmoving. My mobile app order was confirmed and pulled onto the screen. I pulled up to the window and the guy told me he had a bunch of mobile orders and didnt know which was mine. I said my name 3x to where he claims he saw it and said it should be fine they should have it. I wait even longer now its near an 45-50 min just waiting to be ignored by the staff at the window . Im watching them deliver orders to other vehicles yet I was still there. Finally the woman comes over with a frappe that I never ordered and as I again repeated my order several times she claims she cant find my order. This is where somewhere else approaches me and offers to remake it and at this point Im extremely upset as my children were hungry and I just wanted to leave . A refund was issued but of course since the kid never handed me my receipt the employee had to physically take my personal cellphone and my card to issue a refund. You guys seriously need to work on paying attention providing better service. I will not be visiting this location again, and this is not the first time Ive had a problem with the same staff member either.
