I placed the order through the drive through. It seemed like they didn’t get it correctly when I drove up to the window I asked if they were able to hear me and repeated my order. They said yes they got everything. Once I got to the second window they didn’t have my order. They had to reimburse me because they charged me wrong. I waited for about 20 min once they took my order items were missing. They were friendly, but it was just they had a lot of new people and the took longer than they should’ve.

Just sat in Drive thru got greeted then sat there for 14 minutes no body responded as always this is the absolute worst McDonald's in Florida pay them even more money to do nothing how are you still in business.Absolutely amazing!!Any other company would be out of business but McDonald's just doesn't care so sad.

Terrible service Terrible food! Don't waste your money!Terrible at taking the order. Multiple items incorrect and missing! Long wait in drive through... then had to park and wait longer. Cold food! Hard stale buns. Rotten lettuce! Missing major items. WENT BACK IN FOR A REFUND AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME!

My husband can home with food and there was a hair in my fries, the 2 McDoubles was completely messy ketchup was everywhere and cheese was on the bun, 1 of the kid’s meal we ordered was wrong, and when I called they picked up and hanged up on me. Very disappointed with the night crews behavior for service.

Worst McDonald's experience ever and that's saying a lot! Service was horrible with the young workers in the back messing around, being loud, cursing, and not working their stations. The manager stood right there not saying a word. Lines were long and there was zero effort to get orders together. I've never made it a point to get corporate offices involved, but this place took the cake.

I guess it's okay for McDonald's. I love McDonald's cheeseburgers, and they're so simple to make. They're slow to take your order. Slow to make the food. The bathrooms aren't clean (for my visit). The dining room wasn't too bad; better than most I guess. At least they got my order right. Maybe they should just go back to making cheeseburgers and french fries

Worse service of any McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. When did the drive thru become more important then the customer that takes the time to actually dine in your dinning room? 30 minutes to get an order and the employees don’t even have to worry about taking orders now that they have everyone to the self serve kiosk. 10 employees 2 working the grills 7 working one drive they window and 1 assisting customers in the dinning room. Sad that this is what McDonald’s has become. Luck your the only one for like 10 miles or I think you would have no business at all.

10:05pm and I ordered via the app for inside pickup. Walk up and doors are locked. Staff inside tell me through the door that I have to go through drive thru. I get in line at drive thru and 25 minutes later get my order. They are busy so I look forward to enjoying my sweet tea and food. NOPE, they gave me unsweetened tea. Yuck. I go around but didn't have another 25 minutes to wait. Hope you have better luck than I had.

Fast food just isn't fast food anymore. What is the purpose of having 2 drive thru lanes if you're only taking orders from one. The vehicle behind me backed up and went to the other lane and was serviced immediately. After they pulled away I asked from the same lane that I had been sitting in for a while if this Lane is working. They responded sorry for your wait. When I got to the window and asked what took them a while the young lady snapped that the window I was at was not hers. I would think a customer is a customer. Take the orders and be polite!

Extremely slow. Waited fifteen minutes before they took my order and another ten minutes to receive my order. The workers were obviously stressed and displayed it to the patrons by being unattentive and ill- mannered. Most of the customers left before even placing an order. It was at best TERRIBLE! Will not be coming back. Signed: regretful

Drive through moves at a snails pace, if not slower. Why? Absolutely ridiculous and baffled as to why they stay so busy. Over 35 minute wait in drive through, employees standing around on their phone instead of helping. Frustrating and will never be back here again.

Not sure whats going on at this location (close to my home), but there seems to be alot of issues. I've been through several times and I never get exactly what I ordered. I get it, its fast food. But (please) at least make it enjoyable. My fries were cold...with NO salt. My "Delux" QP had no lettuce or tomato, AND my apple pies were cold....like straight out of the walk-in cold. My son ordered a ten piece McNugget meal and there was some spicy ones mixed in with the regular ones!! Who does that to a child??? I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Go somewhere else. Wendy's is next door.
