Burger was very old and stale. Fries were old and stale. Staff was non existent. No soda fountain on display and atmosphere is absolutely empty besides tables, plastic walls, chairs and other customers.

I ordered hot cocoa... I got hot milk... It made me even more sad considering this was my treat to myself for going to the hospital and I took the insulin required to drink this.... 60 carbs is a lot to compensate for. The hot milk tasted pretty good but what the actual hell?

This McDonald's prioritizes their kiosk ordering customers before their online ordering customers. Every time the drive-thru staff tell you to go wait at one of the numbered parking spaces, and yet customers who order at the kiosk are allowed to wait at the window for their food to arrive.

Ordered through doordash, all the food was cold to the touch and I specifically asked for the steak bagel to not have egg on it with bacon instead, It had egg no bacon. Absolute failure

Everything was great except for kids giving each other tattoos at the table. Trash needed to be taken out it was overflowing.
It looks very clean and very friendly but sometimes it takes them a while to deliver the food, thank you

We went through drive thru to get 2 milkshakes and after waiting in line outside for 15min without anyone moving, we parked the car and went in to get one. Ridiculous that the service was so slow!

Horrible service.For ANYONE who is reading this.DO NOT I mean DO NOT consume any meals from this establishment.Jorge , one of the managers there is an incompetent human.I really do feel bad for him.He needs better training and an education.I will not expose him for what he did and because I believe on what goes around comes around.I will say this ONE MORE TIME.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
