2/14 around 5:30pm we came here to grab dinner quickly for all three of my girls as we had to be somewhere at a certain time. We don't normally ever come to this McDonald's. We sat in the drive-thru for what seems to be 15 minutes not moving AFTER we ordered so I was assuming they were making fresh fries or behind on somebody's order that was in ahead of me. I suggested to my kids we go to Subway because we were on a time crunch and they really wanted those Happy meals and those chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers. We finally get to pay and get our food and go and my two 6-year-olds are starting on their fries in the back seat. As we're almost to our destination they pull out their chicken nuggets and cheeseburger and the one with the chicken nuggets didn't get any chicken nuggets. Her box was actually full of tartar sauce! Not a container of tartar sauce, it was just everywhere, OPEN in the box! I feel like an employee just got done snacking, closed it and sat it on the counter and gave us the wrong box. Either way I'm disgusted and I would be okay as long as somebody would answer the phone and let me tell them what happened. But here I am taking it to social media because nobody can answer. It stunk up the car, my baby was disgusted and very upset, luckily I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and was able to give her one. I tried calling multiple times that night and the next morning and nothing. Nobody answers the phone there. No wonder they have such low reviews. I will not be returning and I suggest you do the same.

I ordered on the app since it said it was accepting orders until 10:59, (google also says open 24 hrs) I pull up at 10:40 and they tell me they're closed. They said to cancel it/it should eventually give me a refund. On the app, it said to come back to the restaurant for a refund, since the app doesn't provide them once an order is placed. It doesn't allow you to cancel. I was trying to explain this to them, but they didn't care even when I directly showed them in the McDonalds FAQs. I am NEVER coming back to this McDonalds, the employee and manager were extremely rude instead of helpful, and refused to help or fix the situation. The manager even got hostile and irate and she slammed the window in our face. I wish I knew her name, because that was EXTREMELY unprofessional. But then again, it is McDonalds so what do you expect? A shame. Raise your standards for your employees and management.

Go anywhere else if you can. They will always forget something in your order. Inside is worse. They run around clueless. The lady taking orders in drive-thru is sooo rude and sits on her phone the entire time. Like we are bothering her by actually ordering food.Kid-friendliness: Half the time they forget the toy in happy meals. Check everything you order.

I stopped in to get a quick meal on the way to publix. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget meal and proceeded to wait for it. 10 minutes pass, all while I can clearly watch them fill orders for the drive thru and scooping the nuggets and fries into bags and serving them. I watched on the screen as my order #603 stayed "in process" while all the other orders are being served. 15 minutes, then 20 minutes more go by.....Meanwhile I have hungry kids in the car waiting. I ask about my food and I get an incredibly rude response of " Well its not ready yet! You can see that! "While pointing to the overhead monitor. I Asked for a refund and only received a rude hand gesture. I was out of time so I just walked out.Keep my money I guess. SMDH. Worst service ever!! Maybe try to care about your walk in customer close to as equal as your damn drive thru customer timing. (Which was quite obvious from the conversation I overheard)Thanks for taking amost $10 and leaving me with nothing.

The service was fine. Tables were all dirty, and trash cans overflowing. Ordered a bigmac meal. Fried were fresh. Ordered bigmac with extra pickle and no onion. The sandwich had onion and no extra pickle. Nobody at counter to corrent it and didn't have time to wait.

The average wait for anything in the drive thru is 10 minutes per car. I dont know what the problem is but fast food is not fast here, ever. They always lack in service. Two lanes and slow service are all you are gonna get. Be prepared to park if you order more than a sandwich and fries. They are never ready for breakfast rush, lunch rush, dinner rush, or any rush. They move like they don't have a care in the world.Kid-friendliness: Huge kid playground on the premises.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is ADA compliant and there are adequate parking spaces with wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms.
