Went today for national burrito day and ordered online a little after 3. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:35 I got there at 3:58 and my food wasn't ready. When I asked why It wasn't I was told they were waiting on chicken. Then he advised the serving line I had arrived. This is something they do often when pick up orders are done. They won't start it until we arrive. Normally when you haven't paid yet. I paid online so as to avoid this. The manager started speaking to me very rudely when I asked why they were just starting the order after my arrival when it was supoose to be ready at 3:35. He then walked over and whispered something to the guys working the line. They all looked over at me laughing. I continued to wait and realized they were serving all the new ppl coming in and hadn't served me yet. I waited about 5 more mines and 3 new customers later before asking for a refund. He gave me a refund that showed a lesser amount then what I spent. I brought it up to him and he said that's just how it prints out but it's all refunded. The order number didn't even match so hopefully I get the refund atleast. Needless to say this was horrible customer service. Other customers where talking to them selves about how unprofessional he was with me. Sadly I love this place and unless something has changed I know they will be moving from this location soon perhaps that's why Management doesn't care much about customer service. Smh

Rice is dry and hard, either two old or undercooked.Staff was nice. The rest of the food was good but you can't avoid rice in a burrito so it kind of ruined the whole package

Best burrito around here. By far! Update: just tried the Blazing Hot Birria taco... 5/5. Super tasty! Not too hot but it does have some kick. As always the people were very welcoming and nice! Keep it up Moe's in St Lucie West! Another super satisfied customer here!

By far the BEST Moe’s location I’ve ever been to. Ava and her team are always super welcoming and friendly to me and my kids. She always greets us with a giant smile and makes us feel so comfortable. I’ve seen how she interacts with her team and her leadership skills are exceptional! Our food has always been fresh and delicious; the restaurant is always super clean and in order, also. My children and I now come here at least twice a week. Seeing Ava just makes it an even better experience for us, but everyone is always super kind and accommodating, so it’s always a great experience overall.Dietary restrictions: Moe’s tofu, grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, lettuce, etc. are amazing for vegetarians and people who want a clean vegan diet.. The white meat chicken is super fresh and not fatty at all - always a good choice if you want real protein. All very fresh and satisfying.Kid-friendliness: Beyond kid friendly! My 5yo loves his kids meal, cookie and drink!Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is very spacious and organized.

This was one of my favorite places to go in the past. Last night I picked up my order to go. I got the 3 different Salsas. When I went to eat them, each tasted fermented. I figured it was me and put them in my fridge. When I got up this morning, 2 had exploded all over in the fridge overnight and the last 1 was swollen and about to pop.I’m not paying for spoiled food. I should have reported it to the health department. Another place gone bad and should be closed down soon.
