Hii! Me again! We were going to do three Kyle G restaurants this weekend but had a last minute change yesterday. Today we decided on Oak and Ember. We tried to get a reservation at Prime but they were packed! (As expected)But anyway back to the birthday tour. Today's food was phenomenal. We started with the shrimp cocktail, and I have never seen bigger shrimp in my life.My son and I both haf the strip and Mac n cheese, while my gf had the waygu potatoes Au gratin. I also added a scallop the side. The portions were soo big. No one ate all their food!We also had Creme Brule, tiramisu, and cheesecake! All of these were Devine. Our service unfortunately was definitely subpar compared to the other Kyle G restaurants. We waited until this meal to tell the server it was my birthday as it was the closest to my actual day. She asked the table next to us if they were celebrating, but not us. She also did not offer us the special. My son was disappointed as lobster is his favorite. She also joked about the temp my gf ordered her steak at. For some reason she was super attentive to the table next to us but not us at all. We also didn't get warm towels like we did a few days ago at Oyster Bar.Overall the meal was amazing and I cannot wait to go to Prime.

We were in town for Spring training and found this gem while looking for a restaurant for seafood. Everything about this dining experience was exceptional. Our server was pleasant and on point, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. This is an upscale restaurant with upscale prices. There is a built in gratuity, BUT what they offer their employees pertaining to benefits is unheard of! I applaud the owner/owners. We even tipped above what was charged.

Excellent food and service. The Gazpacho was delicious as was the beef tenderloin. I requested Erica as our server . Haven't been there in a few years but went last evening and she still works there. Outstanding service and such a pleasant person too . The cherry liqueur flavored Old Fashioned was creatively composed and my friends grilled shrimp, steak and sides of chorizo were all perfectly cooked and served . Worth going here . You won't be disappointed

i visited this restaurant on a wednesday night hoping for the restaurant to not be so busy. the restaurant wasn't busy, as i had hoped, but the service took forever. we arrived around 6:30, and we did not leave till after 8. we waited for our appetizers for quite some time, as well as the entrees, and the check. usually the food is really good here, but when you're spending $250+ for two people, i expect way better service. our server was nice, but the food service was just too slow.

The girls's night out at Oak & Ember was wonderful, as always. The food is perfectly made, seasoned, and presented; the drinks were delicious. The service was top notch. I really love the Happy Hour at Oak and Ember and especially appreciate that we can eat wherever in the restaurant during the 4-6 timeframe.

Steak entree was superb, and perfectly cooked rare, which the waiter checked before leaving the table. The soup however was lukewarm at best. Also, the restaurant advertised wine and appetiser at 50% discount on Mondays, however on receiving the check with no discount I was then informed that this only applied to specific wines and appetisers.

It was my husband's birthday and we were greeted the moment we walked into the restaurant. The cocktails and food did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was absolutely incredible from the appetizers to the desserts. The food was cooked to perfection. Steaks and lamb chops were spectacular. It was a Monday night and it was surprisingly busy with people seated outside and in. Our server seemed to be a bit over worked with too many tables and we found our table, party of 4, looking for her however, the manager picked up the slack and we were very pleased. He took our drink orders and even stepped in when there was a bit of confusion with our bill. It all ended well and we will definitely go back. We have been to 3 of Kyle G's restaurants and I think this was the best food we've had since we have been in Florida. Love Oak and Ember on Port St. Lucie, FL

With the exception of the s’mores fudge bar dessert (very difficult to eat), the food was excellent. Delicious steaks and seafood. The lobster bisque was full of meat.

Made reservations early today for 7:15 for my wife’s birthday. Then changed it to 7:00 because there was an open reservation earlier for 7:00. We drove 30 minutes and arrived at the door at 6:45. Someone called when I was standing at the door to tell us we wouldn’t be seated until 8:00.

Dirty. Food all over floor, I’m surprised with the amount of staff that walked by and didn’t pick up nor apologize for seating us in a dirty area. Other than that food was delicious. Disappointed in cleanliness.

Our server was great. But she was a little overwhelmed with her other tables and it seemed like no one was willing to help her. Which I felt sucked for her because she was doing her best. She had very demanding tables all night around us. Our food took over and hour to come out. Our fried lobster tail app was extremely overcooked. Our pork and fish had no flavor and was completely gross. The steak we ordered was cooked to the proper temperature but was extremely bland. 2 of our sides were ice cold and tasted like they had been sitting in the window for a awhile. The restaurant seemed to be having a hard time overall . Our server did her best to make us comfortable. She was very sweet and funny. We did not complain about the food because all that gets you is a free meal and we were not interested in that nor was I interested in waiting longer than I had for them to remake food or heat it up. Out of all the food I have had at Kyle's restaurant this was the worst.
