Went here with 2 other ladies for lunch and our waitress, Megan was absolutely fabulous. She was so polite and funny and tended to our every needs. She knew exactly what we needed and when we needed it. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Our salad plates were ice cold. ?I would definitely go back here again, but I would also ask for Megan, just because she was the best.

I eat at this location all the time because I live nearby and love the pasta dishes and toasted raviolis!!! This time I had the sweetest and most diligent server I’ve ever had at this location. Her name was Terrina and every time she came back to our table she was making me and friends laugh! I will be requesting Terrina next time I go back for sure. Y’all need more servers like her ASAP her energy was unmatched!!

Our waitress was Terrina...she was going " 90 mph with her hair on fire"....professionaland focused. The manager( didn't get his name) was likewise, very focused and" tuned in." There was a tempoabout the room. All good.

There was a musty smell when we walked in.(and yes we still gave it a try). I had to ask the person who escorted us to our table to please sweep the big chunk of food under our table. The food was just ok. Our server was amazing. The person bussing tables was using a cart which was gross because the cart was next to us and close by. I was unable to, not see. dirty plates and food garbage as I ate my meal. Maybe switch to carrying a bin like most restaurants. I had the eggplant Parmigian which looked delicious, it was just needing a little more seasoning. My husband had the shrimp alfredo which he had to send back because it was not hot. Our server immediately apologized and gave him a new one nice and hot which he loved. The Long Island Iced Tea was perfection. The restaurant is dingy looking. The window was smeared with greasy hand prints. Sorry I won't be back.

Or server Jamie I. Was the BEST server we have had since the restaurant opened. She brought our drinks and hot breadsticks out immediately and continued to treat us as though we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The quantity of salad was enough for two people which hasn’t been the case for a few years. We got 5 breadsticks instead of 3 which was appreciated greatly. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She made us feel very comfortable. We met the new manager also who obviously is making a change in this location for the better! We will be going back very soon!!

Food was more glorified fast food, than an Italian restaurant.

I recently went with my grandparents to Olive Garden, and had a very disappointing experience. My grandparents are vegetarian, and don't go out to dinner very often. They were really looking forward to having a nice meal out for Easter. We always get the eggplant parm, and this time it was horrible. The eggplant was undercooked and mushy, yet the cheese was completely burnt. It wasn't busy (we went around 4:30 on Friday so it wasn't too loud for my grandparents), and as a waitress myself, there is no way someone didn't notice this before bringing the food out. My grandparents would never complain, but brought it up to the waitress. They had barely touched their plates, and it was obvious they weren't just trying to get a free meal. Instead of bring over a manager, we were just told "okay I'll make sure to tell someone" and handed the bill. We spent $100+ on food, drinks, and take-home meals between the 3 of us. Despite the service, my grandparents still left more than a 20% tip (on top of all of the take-home meals too), because that's the kind of people they are. I won't be coming back with them since someone couldn't be bothered to even talk to us.
