Staying at a local hotel for the weekend, my son ordered a pizza to be delivered to the hotel. My son unfortunately did not have enough cash on hand to leave a tip after the order total and delivery charge, the driver got rude with him and told him I hope you choke on your pizza. Now I am a tipper and I get a driver being upset about not getting a tip,but you don't say that kind of stuff to a paying customer. The company made money and the employee does make an hourly wage so tipping is welcomed, it is not a necessity. Shame on this driver! I will call Papa John's customer support line and report this. You don't say that to customers under any circumstance.

I have not eaten at Papa John’s in years and wow! Their quality of ingredients went down!! The cheesy bread is basically like eating a piece of cardboard and the buffalo chicken had one squirt of buffalo sauce on it! Not tossed like in the pictures! Gross and disappointing

LIED and took my money. I placed an order for 4 bacon cheese sticks + pizza 2 months ago, the bacon cheese sticks had no cheese on them, was told I was receiving a credit and could call back in the future for a replacement. I spoke with a delivery driver after the incident and he recalled drivers helping make food as they were short-staffed and busy that day. I called John the manager and he said that he's not going to honor a replacement 2 months later, such horrible customer service, now I have to order from a different place, smh

The food is hot and delicious. The pizza is excellent, and the wings are baked (I think). They have a little bit of a smoky flavor to them, and the hot sauce is kind of tangy hot. I will definitely order from here again when I want wings and pizza :-)

Last three pizzas we've gotten from there... were basically all cheese, hardly any sauce at all. Very leathery.By the time you get it home it's too late and not worth the effort to go back.3rd time was the charm... moving to Pizza Hut or Domino's.
