If I could rate this store 0 stars I would! This store was beyond the worst I’ve ever ordered from! I ordered my pizza around 4:45/5:00 I was averaged a time frame of 35-45 minutes the pizza hit tracker never updated for me. I received a text from door dash that it’ll be there the same time. My pizza didn’t get to my door until an hr and 20 mins after my delivery time…which isn’t the reason for my complaint….the pizza was freezing not even like warm by the time I got it and on top of it 2 of my slices were flipped over my box wasn’t even sealed being delivered by someone else other than Pizza Hut! I tried calling the store and was placed on hold for over 30 mins. Hung up called 10 times!!! Yes 10 times!!!! And was hung up on and placed on hold over and over again. I finally decided to call from my husbands number someone answered and once I asked if I could speak to a manager I was told “No” and hung up on once again. I hate complaining and hate getting people in trouble, but this is unacceptable Pizza Hut! I finally got through with someone and was transferred to the call center and told a store manager will contact me…still waiting….seriously the worst!

I tried this location by chance while waiting to pick up my dry cleaning next door. I wanted some cheesy breadsticks so when I told the guy helping me he recommended trying their new garlic cheesy bread that had just debut today. I like my cheesy bread a little on the crispy side so I asked to have it done a little longer. I left for the fifteen minutes it took for my order to be ready and when I came back the same guy gave me two boxes, he said that just in case I didn't like the garlic cheesy bread that I had the regular cheesy bread just in case. I was very pleased that he offered to do this! I did end up liking both but my favorite still remains the original! I will be back to this location when I am on this side of town again!

The big box we ordered was nice n hot, the pizza was perfect... looked like the pizza in a TV commercial.....lol....it's been a good while that I can honestly say that..... Keep up the good work pizza hut.....
I walked into the Pizza hut located 1014 SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd to witness 2 cooks making pizza and neither one was wearing gloves. When I asked the man that cashed me out of his cooks always make food without cloves, he rolled his eyes and said something about the company under his breath. Another man in the lobby put his two cents in staring is ok as long as their hands are clean! Excuse me but I worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years, gloves should always be worn when working with food period! I will never eat at pizza hut again. That's nasty

My standards are not high when it comes to order-out pizza. I’ve preferred Pizza Hut as the chain of choice for as long as I can remember, but this establishment has all but ended that. Twice now I’ve ordered from them via Uber Eats, and twice now the entire order is undercooked. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the oven or what, but the crust is practically still dough and the only thing that seems to be cooked on the cheese sticks is the cheese. I encourage management to initiate some sort of quality control at minimum, and order an inspection of the oven at maximum. There’s no reason the items sold to me should have been put out.
