Chicken is 50% smaller and 40% more expensive. 8 piece chicken only for $22!!!??? Cooked horribly and tasted double fried. No quality control. Horrible place. Never going back there again.

This is to the manager and you know exactly what's going on and it's probably your idea to tell your employees to do this.I ordered a fish combo with fries and a side of rice and beans.When I get home my rice and beans were not in there but instead an extra fries.The fish sandwich had a paper flat batter coating very thin it seperated from the fish and came right offHorrible fish sandwich and I threw the extra fry away that should have been my rice and beans that I paid for. You the manager is responsible for this because I just read another review similar to mineWhich tells me this is a practice that your employees have been sneakingly trained to do.If it isn't then Sir/Ma'am you need to stop this. It's wrong and deceitful to customers because its happening to other customers tells me it's intentional and their trained to do this if their out of the rice and beans instead of being truthful with the customer

They made me park for more than half an hour and they never took my order. I asked again and I didn't know what my order was. Very bad service. I don't see why there was such a long wait if it wasn't busy. I came back to ask and the wait was even longer. I want to be friendly but the girls on the night shift are not efficient at

Noooooo I hate writing this! But I was in the mood to eat something different! I honestly haven’t had Popeyes in over 5 years! I remember how much I LOVE their rice and beans… bet I’m going to stop there on the way home! I get 4 piece, rice and beans, mac n cheese and coleslaw! First off there is nothing fast about this place I waiting to get to the intercom to order for 15 mins and there were only two cars ahead of me!Still not going to complain bc maybe they are making things fresh, whatever I can wait! Make my order, got my food and headed home! 15 mins later I am home and I start unloading the food from the bags! First the mac n cheese then the coleslaw! I grab the last container exciting for the rice and beans which was really the reason I wanted to go….. it’s another mac n cheese ?????????
The food was old and made me terribly sick. Omg NEVER again and it's the second time. I went there like a year ago when I had visitor's and maybe we ordered too much but a few ppl were sick that time. Don't eat they shrimp or garlic parmasan

I use Uber and I have to wait a long time for orders... today I called a worker and he didn't come to the window and was laughing with another worker... they were unprofessional... I mark one star because he won't let me give him any
