3/12/24 12:45 Manager of the Popeyes on US1 and crosstown was so rude we tried redeeming a code for a 2 can dine wouldn’t let us cause it was taking too long and she had no patience and barely could speak properly.. Will be going to another location now, if that.

At 6:20pm on 2-20-24 I ordered through drive through, a 6 wing combo with two sides, red beans and rice and mash potatoes, strawberry biscuit and a medium Arnold Palmer. When I got to the window to pay I was greeted with the worst customer experience ever. I was accused of not ordering what I said I ordered. I was threatened to be additionally charged for what I originally ordered and never given my receipt. The cashier then says to me in order to fix your order I need you to pull forward and pay for the additional side I already ordered. She was loud, very rude and extremely disrespectful. As I begin to pay and pull forward she then hands me my original side they claim I did not pay for, and yells at me “GO!” It was the worst customer experience I ever had at going to a Popeyes and mind you from Miami where the disrespect is what drives customers at most restaurants but the way I was treated by this staff, especially the Drive through customer service was distasteful and appalling. I will never use this location ever again ?

I stopped in and ordered Popeye’s new chicken wings and selected Garlic Parmesan. They are the best of its kind that I have ever eaten. Six wings/drumsticks smothered in sauce with a little spice. The interior is pretty modern compared to the more traditional decor at the 25th St. Popeye’s in Ft. Pierce but the food and service was great. Seating capacity could use some correction. The sign says 39 but you can fit only about 28 people in the tables and booths. Good restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area is small and you have to navigate very carefully.
I have never spit out Mac&cheese before, but wow this was bad. The food was DRY and tasteless, and the employee never asked about sauces or threw any in. Yikes!

Weirdest experience. Pulled up to the drive through and ordered my food as usual. When i got to the window, my food was around $14 and I handed the employee a $20 bill. She gave me my food and asked me to pull up to the stop sign to bring my change out. Thought that was weird since nobody has ever told me that before but I went to the stop sign and waited for a good 5 minutes, she never came out with my change. And I really dont think she forgot because you could still see my car from the drive through window. I ended up just leaving cause I was otw to work but if thats your way of getting a "tip" thats pretty pathetic lol.
I placed my order in the drive thru window. They made me wait to the side, after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to get my own food. They gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize until I got back to work. Biggest waste of time for bad chicken.

8:10 pm, Tuesday, 12/26. Closed the drive thru. Chairs on the tables. No notes, no explanation. Just several employees hanging around inside the restaurant collecting a check. I’d honestly be afraid when they actually do prepare food for you. NOT
