Very disappointed lately this is my normal pick up and I always loved going here but I see a huge change. I’m not sure if it was staff or management but it’s not very warming and I do not believe they’re making drinks correct? This is the third time my drink has been unfortunately not as good or mixed correctly And when I asked what I believe was the manager if this was correct, he just tilted his head sideways and said mmmm sorry. I ordered the new lavender Matcha and it looked nothing like how it was supposed to contain its ingredients the first time I picked it up it was completely purple and this time it’s completely green and I know I added to my order extra lavender so it would not be completely green and it was completely green it looked as there is no lavender added. And I’m sorry to say the barista there, now seem very unhappy

I love the refreshers sold here! They always come out so tasty! The baristas are so sweet and helpful, especially Angelyn!! She helps me almost every time and i look forward to seeing her when i go because of how considerate and inviting she is!

Drive-thru dominates the parking lot if you're trying to park it's impossible to get out when you're ready to leave Starbucks wake up and reformat those parking

Celine and Angelin were both wonderful. We had an issue with our mobile order. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager, and when Celine came to the phone she took care of us in the kindest way possible. She assured us that we could come back in and get it sorted, and if she wasn't there the other baristas would already be informed of the issue. When we got there, Angelin greeted us and we were in and out in under 5 minutes. Everybody makes mistakes, but the way staff resolve customer issues speaks volumes to the leadership ability of a team & it is very clear that these two are on top of it. Thank you guys.

I love my Starbucks coffee!! The food is EHH. Basically freeze dried and resurrected in the microwave. The staff are friendly and make my coffee just how I like it! Atmosphere is comfortable. Gets crowded after 3 when the high school lets out, the kids walk over and you won’t be able to sit and stay.

I am not one to complain but I am going to. This location I have tried many times since it is on my way to work. The service at this store is not the greatest. I experienced this am a barista putting 2% milk in my coffee after specifically asking to be sure there was only oat milk in it especially since it was an oat milk espresso. To make it fill up to the top I saw that they added the 2% milk on top of the oatmilk. I feel like it was just out of pure laziness to go grab another container of oat milk. I feel like the store is always a mess and not cleaned up. I say these things so that the owner knows or manager I want everyone to be successful.
Had to refund my order after I waited 20 minutes and couldn't wait any longer.

You know it’s going to be a bad iced coffee when your order comes out practically white…. Asked for my cinnamon caramel cold brew w/ an extra shot of espresso to be remade because it was paler than Casper. They asked what was wrong with it and I told them by the looks of it, I can’t imagine there’s coffee AND espresso in it… still confused why I was confused, I just left. Tragic considering coffee costs $7-$15 nowadays. ◡̈
