Luckily the coffee was ok.But seriously, something needs to change.Before you turn the terminal around with "a question" asking for a tip before you even make the coffee, at least pretend to understand that tipping is for service.We asked for sugar and you would have thought something was wrong...and usually "your welcome" goes after someone says thank you...If the people making coffee, don't want to make coffee then this may not be the place...or management should hold them to a higher standard.

The most rude, inattentive staff I have ever seen in a Starbucks. Lazy and clearly unhappy to be there. You would think they’re doing you a favor.The person who took our order could not seem less interested. The barista was clearly annoyed that I asked for more sugar packets. Nobody says you’re welcome or looks your way. Just terrible staff.

Shout out to the person working drive thru this morning. The car in front of me in a black suv was calling her rude and saying nasty things to the employee because they no longer carry holiday drinks? How is that her fault. The employee did not over step or say anything rude at all. People need to be more respectful and grateful customer service is already hard enough

Live in the area and stop here frequently. Never had a problem before. Today the girl taking the order had everything wrong. Even worse we ordered 2 lattes and BOTH were less than half full. One didn't even have the toppings on it. It honestly looked as if they poured half the drink out and gave me the left over. For the money spent per drink this is unacceptable.

I ordered on the mobile app. There was no one in line 7:25am on Monday. The Barista told us a Gingerbread joke & was sweet! I highly recommend this Starbucks!!!

All the staff were so friendly and efficient, especially Ms. Sha, who took our order. I was blown away by her incredible smile and welcoming personality. Our coffee and hot chocolates were super yummy.

Ordered my chai tea latte . Evidently their machines are so old they can't do extra hot. So if u want extra hot , this is not the one to go to. Other then that it is a nice Starbucks.

I don't know why I come here is like I'm expecting better results, everytime I leave I remember why I hate it, I'm paying almost $6 for grande size iced drink just so it can be filled with tiny little iced 80% of the way which means I'm lucky to get 3 oz of coffe, like really you cant even use regular ice cubes that take less space?
