Relatively clean dining room. Instead of the actual baked goods in the bake case, they only had pictures of them. Cooler under bake case looked a little empty.

I used the drive thru. I ordered a venti iced green tea with 1 pump simple sugar. This is my fav when I'm thirsty and want a little caffeine. Very refreshing. So I have a Starbucks card that you add money to and gives points. I don't use it often, and there was a hiccup because the swipe on my card wasn't working. The young man at the window was beyond patient and so kind and he helped me access my starbucks account on my app and pay there. He just scanned the code in my app and it worked. He could have easily said sorry mam your card doesn't work. But he didn't leave it at that, he solved the problem.

Most Wanted Tinting

Two days ago I visited this location, I was having such a bad day after a loss in the family, when I pulled up to the window, an employee, Jordan, took the time to see if I was ok and talk with me, he said some kind words that changed my wholeDay for the better. Then Becca came over to make sure I was doing ok and brought me over napkins and a cup of ice water.I apologize to the MANIAC lady behind me in the drive thru who was honking at me,The 5 minutes that these employees took to talk to me and cheer me up changed my day for the better .I really needed this that day and thank you for treating me like a person and not just a customer.I have returned every day since and the customer service is above and beyond every time!Paige, Kerry, Dominque, Jamie, edger, Tanya, Wyatt, Alexis, ravin, Chelsea, Melissa, to name a few always take the time to make sure my drinks are done right and ask how my day is going. Amazing staff!Kid-friendliness: Staff are excellent to childrenWheelchair accessibility: I can wheel my chair in easily, staff willHelp me inside.

I felt compelled to write this review after reading the most recent negative one. I was the customer who was in line in the car in front of her. I was on my way to my father’s wake. The whole THREE minutes we chatted after I was asked how my day was going allowed me to gain some much needed composure to get through the evening. Therefore, I wholeheartedly apologize for inconveniencing your evening. You never know what someone is going through. Be kind always. I LOVE this Starbucks and the employees even more. Thank you for making everyday a little bit brighter.

I've been coming to this Starbucks since they've opened as I work down the street. Never had an issue as I come most mornings to be quit honest and every one has always been so nice. This evening I came by around 5:30 and I had to wait while the car in front of me decided to have a full blown conversation with the employee who was practically screaming out the window. A few minutes went by and I honked the horn to get him to move. I heard someone say "did she just honk the horn".... and they continued their convo a min then he honked and moved forward. When I got to the window I asked for the manager in which he got him. He came to the window with a crappy smirk on his face in which I didn't even believe that this was the manager. I asked him if it was that appropriate to have long conversions like that and his response was "yes we connect with our customers". I asked him even with cars behind waiting in line you do this.... he could have came inside for that matter. So in the meantime other people's orders are on hold because you chose to have long conversations???? This don't make sense for the DRIVE THRU! Coming from a manager saying this I'm sorry but this location lost my business! Show my name and photo to the ladies who work the morning and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be too happy!

One of the problems this place had is really poor service. The kid started making my cup of coffee, then started something elsewhere, cut the tops off the Splenda with a scissor, dropped the end into the cup, didn't know what to do. I left. This place
