I was refused service today at 6 pm because I said jimmy johns gives me a Foot long for 8 dollars he threw it in the garbage and said I was very rude and that he was calling cooperate on me asked me to leave because he wasn’t serving me is this normal behavior?

Every time we use their app and order when we go to pick it up and it says it's ready but they have an issue such as no bread or they don't have what we want so they have to give us a refund they never have their s*** together. We will never go back to this one again east port plaza is so much better...

I arrived at the store 40 minutes before the posted closing time and the store was already closed. This is the second time in the last two weeks the store was closed before the posted hours on their door and Google. Businesses on both sides of this store were open.

We ordered late probably the last call the night the sandwiches were made so sloppy everything just fell out and into the bag it was just a mess we are missing our drinks I won't order again to be delivered I'll just go pick it up very sad

One of the worst Subways in this area. I have ordered online twice from them for a pickup. Both times when I arrived they didn't have my sandwiches made. The reason, they ran out of beef for the steak and cheese. The second time they ran out of Chicken and when I wanted it replaced with Steak and Cheese they ran out of that too around 1:45 on a Sunday. Seriously as major company you would think they would have their act together.

I ordered my food and went to pay with my gift card I was given and so I try to use it and jada (the worker) told me that it’s empty so I pay with my card and as I am leaving she laughs and says that it did have money and just was messing with me but yet I was trying to pay with the gift card for a reason so I want a refund of my cash and charge the gift card

I ordered a foot long chicken sub which included my personally selected broad choice of toppings, for curbisde pick-up. As I observed from outside at curbside this store seemed very clean looking . The employee who brought my sub out to my car was welcoming and kind. I will definitely come here again. The sandwich was delicious! With Covid Delta happening in these times, I hope masks continue to be required for employees to wear at all times, & when they come close to the customer to interact at the counter or pass the sandwich to them at curbside.

Yesterday I went here for lunch and there is a girl that works here that I was so impressed with. This is the second time I came here while she was working. There are a couple of reasons I was so impressed. I used to work at a fast paced Deli in NY where we had to make sure we served our customers a good sandwich as quickly as possible so that they still had time to enjoy it before going back to work. This girl fits that bill. I had a wrap and it was so delicious. We need more workers like her and she should be acknowledged for her hard work and excellent customer service. Thank You
