Very poor service at this location. Employee would not let me use my coupon that clearly stated “free cookie” with any purchase. Employee was very rude & threw the cookie when I stated take it off since I can’t use the coupon. The employee had dreads. I will not be coming back here because of the poor service

Ordered a BLT. Server asked a question I couldn't understand...turned out ahe was asking if I wanted chicken.I reiterated that I ordered a BLT.She put bacon on and asked what I wanted on it. I replied lettice, tomato with mayo.When I arrived home, I discovered there were no tomatoes. So my wife and I shared a bacon and lettice sandwich.There was, I think, a language issue here. Worse though, was a clear lack of employee training by ownership and management.

Try the subway north of hereThis place skims on the meat of the sub and really nickles and dimes you on the prices. Save yourself and your money and travel 3 mins north a better subway.

I just uber eats a BLT TOASTED. Not only did they not toast the bread but they did not even warm up the cold raw meat!!! I called them to complain today at 8:00pm the man just said “umm what do u want me to me do sorry”. I’m not mad, this was my sign to not order fast processed food this late at night but damn… you either need to hire people who know how to provide food safety or fire these people. This is Ridiculous.

First off, I'm going to clarify something. This place is only getting 5 stars because of Dillon R. I brought my family of 4 into this location around 6pm. This young man not only handled our family greatly, but also as we ordered had a rush of 16 more people come in. He was BY HIMSELF and handled everyone, including those who ordered beforehand. My 6 year old said "I feel bad for him, since he has no help." This store needs to have a manager or something in the back to help when rushes like this come in. Subway food is usually good, but for a 16year old to handle the entire store and a rush that big by himself and still provide quality and care to the food is amazing. Subway give this kid a raise cause he deserves it! Thank you Dillon.

Stopped in today to pick up a couple subs for lunch. She made foot longs when I asked for six inch. They're not fresh slicing the meat like advertised. Unless they just do it all ahead of time... out of American cheese, out of oregano. One of the subs was one of the new ones that's supposed to be "x2", there is no way this is double anything. $22 for 2 subs that are supposed to be new and improved but it's the same single layer meat, same cheese, same everything.

Went here because the other locations closer to home, don’t take coupons, this place does on certain sandwiches.The young lady was by herself and made a long wait short one, as she made our 3 sandwiches fast and perfect.I will go to this location always now, with or without coupons. Thank you.
