I ordered 4 soft tacos with beef, cheese and sour cream. 2 medium drinks. I did order extra meat on all 4 but still wondered how my bill came to 20 dollars. I was told that the extra meat was 50 cents a taco so 2 dollars for that. As I looked at my bill I saw that I was charged 3.60 for sour cream. ARE YOU SERIOUS !!!! I could buy a 16 ounce container of sour cream for 3.60 and the tacos had probably 30 cents worth of sour cream on each one. TACO BELL you are turning into a rip off fast food joint. Keep this up and there will not be any stand alone franchises, they will all be multi store building just to stay in business. Taco Bell, KFC, and Long Johns all in the same building to stay in business. America is beginning to see that there is no difference in cost between an actual restaurant and fast food cost of meal. This kind of practice is what is keeping more and more people from eating at your establishments. People are really nice places clean. $6.95 for this ? This Taco Bell is ridiculous with its higher than usual prices but smaller than usual portion sizes. I got a soft taco last time and there was barley anything in it. And its specifically this Taco Bell. Not even the ones in Miami are this bad.

Austin was amazing , helpful , friendly , and attentive!If I had a business I would definitely hire him as head of customer service, please give him a raise or a promotion or something because he deserves it, very hard to find people who work in fast food who have an outstanding attitude. He's the only reason why I'll ever keep coming to this Taco Bell and this Taco Bell only !
