A bit pricy for what you get but on the plus side there are Vegan options. They have Vegan cheese and will use it as a replacement on any of their sandwiches. Just make sure you ask that the bread and toppings are vegan as well. It's not really a dinner place but is better for lunch as it is basically sandwiches. It would be nice if they were open for breakfast. I can't remember the name of the sandwich I ordered but it was the vegan one. It was quite tasty.

Good food! Enjoyed the grilled cheese! The poutine we tried was excellent, looking forward to trying others. Tomato soup has a nice sweeter flavor. Only knock is that you never know when they will be open.

Ok, we have a restaurant that has Poutine on the Treasure Coast. They serve a meal sized portion of Poutine, easily enough for two people. I would give them five stars for the creativity of their place but the hours are not regular and there are times when they list as being open and they are closed. But definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I came months ago and they were closed, which made us very sad. Saw that they were open again. Was it worth the wait? YES! The food was top quality and Jessi was so full of positive energy and made sure our lunch was top notch. We hope they have great success and around for years to come.

Highly disappointed. Loved this place, when I was actually able to eat there. Unfortunately, on not one, but two separate occasions we have had no luck with the establishment being open, Tonight was just unreal! All the lights were on when we pulled in and by the time we had parked & gotten out of the car, the lights were shut off & the closed sign was up, perhaps bad timing?!? I understand we are living in difficult times right now, but really? We certainly won’t waste our time trying to dine here again. If you close at 6, SAY THAT! Please fix your hours if you don’t have the staff to stay open for patrons who want to dine at your restaurant.

I am super duper heart broken!!!! I've been wanting to come to the grilled Cheese Gallery for a while now but the people im usually with don't like cheese????So today was my day n i was super duper excited to come to the Grilled Cheese factory n have a great sandwich before I went to the mall n sadly but true!! They are closed!! Are they out of business in Port Saint Lucie now? ?? was I 2 late? ????????So if you as well are siked to try "The Grilled Cheese Factory" as well, I wanna give a heads up to not be super excited n be ready for a disappointment if they are completely closed!!??

Super cute little place. Really really yummy food! I always get the Vegan Disco Grilled Cheese and my husband gets the Load Steak Melt Grilled Cheese. Definitely recommend those! Make sure to call ahead, it takes about 20 minutes to get your food and usually they are closed
