We stopped to use this location’s restroom and to our displeasure walked in to see smoke coming from the kitchen. Hood issues? Hey, I get it. But get it fixed. Clean them once in a while. As we looked around the trashes were overflowing and tables were dirty. I used the ladies room and there was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towel, AND the trash was full. My boyfriend used the men’s room and he decided to just hold it because not only was the toilet out of order and clogged to the rim, the urinal was also overflowing and clogged.

Melody is the night manager is very rude and she looks and acts like she is on drugs. She is not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful. My food was cold had to turn around and go back for fresh fries and I didn't realize the nuggets were cold as well. That is the type of service she is doing at night. It was around 10 -11 I recommend not going there around that time especially when Melody is working white Manager skinny with brown hair it was in a ponytail and she didn't have it pinned up or cover it was hanging down shows how much of a manager she is.

This place was awesome on CHRISTMAS EVE. Lady working the drive thru at 6:30 pm does an excellent job. So rare to see a fast food restaurant with great food and service these days. Thank you!

I love their pecan salad and wanted to have an alternative to healthy eating. I was excited about this salad. It's delicious. For seven days straight I ordered the pecan salad and out of the two times I ordered they did not have the pecans. It is a pecan salad how can you be out of the very item that makes it a pecan salad. The employees will not tell you that their out of the pecans before you pay for it. They hope you wont notice that the packet of pecans are not in the bag. The sneaky idiots didnt put the blue cheese and cranberries in the salad either. It was only lettuce and cut up apples that was it! The most inadequate loathing employees Ive ever witnessed.The girl with the nose piercing with long black hair has the personality of a flounder. Just blah. I wont be back anymore. No one at Wendy's reads our complaints. It clearly shows they don't care. I read the other reviews here and it doesn't surprise me. Raw chicken, hair inside people's cup, bun with dirt and sand on it, not wearing gloves. I seen them too handling fries and burgers with bare hands. I seen one guy take out the garbage and sweep and not wash his hands and then handle people food. These people are disgusting and the health department does nothing about it. Their mostly Hispanics working there. They don't have the same morals that's why it's a mess. All of the fast food restaurants are losing profits and going down hill because customers are fed up. People are eating at home more often.

Long lines at the drive thru. Employee that took drive thru order was very rude even after the extremely long wait. We received the wrong items. Not a good choice for a road trip pit stop.
