So pull up on drive-thru an manager Amparo was complaining about an employee which is unprofessional , I made a joke so all staff smiled. Pick my order up and took i95 back to work. Took first bite to find out Amparo gave me the wrong spicy burger ( which i am highly allergic) thank good took only one bite. Decided to turn around even felling a little asthmatic but used my inhaler. Once i get to location Amparo showed no empathy but answer well mistake happens … i explain i might have to walk in to walk in clinic if i keep feeling bad and again her answer was oh well sorry. I asked for my original order made and kindly said i think i will like money back! She insulted me in spanish says Culero…!!!! her manager and stated well no money back. Worst experience and customer service ever !

This is far from the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. With that said you better set your clock! It's going to be a while!Well they were friendly for the most part they are very very slow and they will take all of the drive-through orders before they start processing the dining area orders.

Wendy's breakfast is great when you can get it. The hours are like 6:30am to 10:30am. The reason I visit the competition (McDonald's, Burger King, and Chick fil a) is they open and serve at the posted time. It is now 8:12am and they are still closed. This happens about 25% of the time. And Wendy's wonders why their breakfast fails.... over all the food at this Wendy's is usually pretty fresh and clean inside. I RATED IT A 2, BECAUSE IF THE TUME TO OPEN IS 630AM AND IS NOW AFTER 8AM. THAT IS NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT.

Effing seriously? The place was packed because they were fixing nearly every order they messed up. If you wanted to eat there they put it in a bag, if you want to go they hand food on a tray. The wrong food. Then she, the manager responded to everyone with" What do you want. Um, the proper order and a bag please. We only have choc chip cookies yet she hands me a bag with oatmeal bars. Nothing was right. And they all had stank attitudes combined with blank expressions. Genius hiring process.

Baconator bun was smashed down so the pretzel bun which I really looked forward to was soggy and the bacon two pieces had no taste. The fries were Luke warm and soggy.I have had better food at Culver's and Sonic for the amount of money spent at Wendy's.Years back they were great,not anymore.

Unfortunately I had to eat it because I spent my money I brought a chicken sandwich biggie bag the sandwich tasted like I have been there all day hard and still the Nuggets tasted horrible and the fries tasted like they have been there for 2 days Never
