I order a couple times a year and the order gets mixed up more times than not. Today I ordered 4 items, and 2 were wrong. The 2 wrong items had 2 separate names and address on them! The pizza was not up to PJ standards for sure. I give up on this location.

The last two pizzas have been complete abominations and don't deserve to be called pizza. Got one that was 90% crust with a dollop of toppings thrown in the middle. The next one while not all crust was again a dollop of toppings thrown in the middle. Absolutely not worth the money they charge.

While waiting for my cheesesticks I asked the young man at the front how long it would be till they were done since online projected 15 minutes and I got there around 15 minutes later. She said to the young man that asked, "whenever I can get to them." Then as more orders came in she yelled, OH COME ON! As soon as I'm done with one another comes in!When the cheesesticks finally got to me I said hey I'm gonna need this cheesestick remade to the boy at the counter. He went and told her and she asked him why. Then she came over to me and told me "that's the way it comes out every time" and that they can't control it. That if she remakes it, it's just gonna come out the same way. I asked her if she had a pizza fork to pop the bubbles, she said yes she did and asked, "did you see that boy running the oven? And that I was over there making pizzas?" Like I was some kind of idiot. I asked if she had the roller to prep the dough because if you do it twice it gets the bubbles out. That I'd worked for papa johns for a year. She said she'd worked there three years, she knows how to make them, her GMs have approved cheesesticks to go out worse than that one and that they don't have any control how they go out. I said, that's amazing because we never sent out cheesesticks like that. I told her that all I was asking for is what is advertised and I need it remade. She said okay then I'm gonna have to charge you for a new one. (I've never known that to be Papa John's policy- afterward I called the Peachland location explaining what happened and they made me a new one). I told her I'd need my cheesesticks then (they had been put back on the heater rack after I said I needed them remade) and asked for her name and she told me that was none of my business because I could talk to any of the GMs in the area and they'd tell me the same thing. I had to ask the young boy on his way out the door if he'd hand me my cheesesticks because she just turned around and walked out the back door.

It seems like location wants to cut costs by using thin crust for all their orders or maybe stretching the medium dough to the size of a large pizza. The past two orders we have placed have been absolutely horrible. Papa John’s has always been our favorite for their soft, fluffy crust. What we have gotten is more in line with Walmart take-and-bake pizza. I think this will be our last order from this location. So disappointed.

Ripped me off. Didn't give us a liter of coca cola when we ordered it, didn't add no bacon but still charged me for it, and didn't give me the cheese pizza I ordered.
The last 3x we have ordered our pizzas/cheese bread is undercooked, and it irritates me especially when I’ve specified well done on ALL my orders and items. Instead of rushing please take your quality a bit more serious. We won’t be back. 3x you’re out.

Just ordered here last night. I live less than a quarter of a mile away from the store. I ordered all kinds of sauces they didn’t give me the cool ranch sauce. I ordered another sauce that cost $.99. They couldn’t even fill the container up halfway. I wanted the food to arrive at 8:30 PM and arrived at 8:15 PM and it was also cold the garlic Parmesan wings Are disgusting. I think they forgot the sauce. Don’t ever go here.

Called to order, was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Little over an hour goes by, no pizza yet so I call to see what's going on, they are short staffed on drivers, waiting for a doordasher to make it there, was told they just finished making my pizzas and it gave him an estimated 2 minutes for a driver. It's now been another hour, no pizza, no phone call as to what's going on with my pizza, and they close in 45 minutes... wonder if it'll ever come.
