Waited almost 30 min for our food after already paying for it. Once we received the food, the container with our honey lemon pepper chicken was placed sideways in the bag with the rest of the food spilling juice all over the bottom of the bag. We didn’t even bother trying to return the food because we had already waited a half hour for it. Very disappointed.
One thing is true and that’s the reviews. Believe the horror stories as I’ve never had a positive experience at this location. Every visit is at minimum 20 minutes+ in drive thru. Decided to try inside option and observed just to see how things went, and just as expected. The supervisor stood at one register while she did that days books just talking about getting to go home, while 2 other workers just stood next to her yapping about the other shifts workers. Placed order online waited 20 minutes before leaving my home 10 miles away went to tractor supply another 15 minutes there then get to store to see a sign on window not opening till 11:30 am due to staff shortage, someone comes to window at 11:15 tells me to cancel my order no chicken cooking but we will be open in 15 minutes??? So had to go through refund process, third time with problems at this store think it needs new management or something??????
