We visited this location on the way home between theme parks during spring break. We are not drinkers so we did not do any alcoholic beverages but we did need to get the family dinner. The location is great and the kids love to play in the sand, it is very relaxed and low-key. You walk up to the tables and grab whatever is available and walk over to the bar to order from them. You pay for your food when you order and then they give you a beeper to come back over to the bar to pick it up when it's ready which is served in takeout boxes. The food was nothing really special however they had really good $6 kids meals which seems like a great deal for the area. The tuna nachos were sadly stale, the burger was pretty mid, the fries were fantastic, the chicken tenders were pretty good and the alligator bites were better than I expected. The service is pretty much non-existent. If you don't have a lot of expectations and just want to hang out on the beach and enjoy the weather this is an excellent place to go! I would definitely recommend just going to hang out there if you're in the area. They have a really big Adirondack chair right on site where you can take your picture which is really cute!Parking: There is no dedicated parking for this location you will have to park in the lot for the mall. Parking is free!Kid-friendliness: Your kids will love digging in the sand while they wait for your food to arrive or just to kill some time. They will also love climbing on the giant beach chair!! There is a public restroom about 50 ft away from the location so you can easily go over and wash your hands and take a potty break. Very relaxed and you can make a mess.Wheelchair accessibility: All of the tables are sitting in the sand so wheelchair accessibility is not existent unless you want to wheel over to the bar and have someone place you on a bar stool. Not wheelchair friendly.

A beautiful place, especially if you are traveling with children! It is a self-service bar. While the parents enjoy the sunset with a cocktail, the kids play in the sand. Very nice service and great value for money!Kid-friendliness: Kids can run and play in the sand!

Beautiful location, nice white sand, big tiki bar. The problem being they don’t have enough bartenders, shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get a drink. Was there the other night, 2 people working a full bar plus a full beach area, could easily have had two more people, it wouldn’t cut into the tips cuz they’d be selling twice as much. Not sure if they can’t get employees or they just don’t get it? It’s been that way the last few times there, don’t feel like going back until service improves.

Nice spot to watch sunset but service at the bar was brutally slow... they were out of several drinks and took forever to get served (Long line). Not enough workers to handle the crowd at the bar, management only had 2 workers to cover over roughly 80 people or more. We missed the sunset because we were waiting in line...bummer. Will catch the next one somewhere else.

The female bartenders , all act like there doing you a favor. There rude and don’t provide an enjoyable time . Was there 2/14/24 hope management can improve on there employee training.

Food mediocre for prices is my only complaint! Everyone says it needs improvement! Even Bar bites are so so.

We love this tiki bar. I love that they have 'buckets' (no need to explain that to those who know), they make the best, and there are 4 to choose from. We didn't have and food, just drinks.

Sit at the bar. Or in our case, grab chairs at the beach. Walk to the tiki hut-- no waiter service -- order your drinks, return fifteen minutes later for food you may have ordered. And enjoy the view. Now that we're Floridians -- at least in the winter -- this seemed like a lovely way to spend the day. The place is casual, laid back. A musician was singing Jimmy Buffett-type songs. Not all that hungry, T and I shared a burger. Pretty good! Medium rare -- as I like it -- with lettuce, tomato, onions and crisp fries. Our pina coladas were light on rum, but enjoyable. Not worth complaining. Sit back and relax.

Tonight we were at the Sunset Beach club. We’ve gone there quite a bit but tonight it was very disappointing. There was one bartender on and her name was Erica and she was phenomenal. She was running around like crazy. A Thursday night when season is starting one bartender is ridiculous you’re gonna be losing a lot of business. A manager comes down and he was totally useless talking to people not helping her at all. I really hope you get your act together before season is full blown.

Never thought in my life I would be taking time out of my day to leave a negative bar review but the time has finally come. Came here to get a quick drink and watched as the blonde guy and brown hair girl bartenders completely ignored me and served people nearby me that sat much later. Extremely poor service. I’m a bartender myself and can say this is the worst service I’ve ever received. Imagine 20 minutes at a bar (that wasn’t even busy) to not get a drink. Don’t bother. Never coming back
