Server literally told me the “guac comes out of a bag, we are a tiki bar and can’t make everything by hand” she was personally offended and put us in the penalty box. Waited forever for another drink. Oooh and they can spend all that money on new tikis but can’t provide an adequate bathroom. Disgusting! The bartenders and servers act like they have a captive audience a don’t need to provide true service. Disgusting.

Great location for drinks. They have a ton of space and the sand is great for entertaining youngsters while the adults have a relaxer.

This was a really fun stop for a fairly large group. I got the coconut shrimp wrap and would order again, it was really tasty. We were confused on where we could sit to eat and the hostess was not very welcoming. However our waiter was fabulous and the band after dinner made for some fun dancing. Great place to check out, family and dog friendly.

First visit yesterday for lunch. Food was great & our waiter Michael J was very good & helpful. Busy place but all was great. We only had to wait a brief time for food or drinkHe brought water right away.Kid-friendliness: Had a lot for kids to do but couple of games are too close to the tables. A liability

Need more waiters and cooks. Arrived at 4:45 pm and waited 40 minutes for a table. Our waiter appeared to assigned about 12 tables which was way more than he could handle. Appetizer arrived before the drinks. Was 1 hour 10 minutes after we sat at table before food arrived. When food arrived, plates to have fries had none. Server said kitchen ran out of fries. Said could have a side salad instead after plate was already at table. Birds was eating food off table next to us that had not been cleared. All trash cans we could see had trash spilling over on floor. Was told they would adjust our bill on combo plates that came with no fries. Then tried to have me have a bill that was not itemized. Once I recieved itemized bill it was THEN reduced for no fries. Waited 30 minutes with bill and credit card in hand waiting to pay the waiter. Never seen or heard from a manager the entire time. Tables all around us left because tired or waiting on tgeir food. Worst resturaunt experience ever. Food was very good was the only plus!
