The GOOD: This would be NO stars except for the hostess (Dana?) who was lovely. She took great care in getting tables cleaned & turned over. Hardworking. Meticulous. Conscientious.The BAD: Waffle was over/under cooked. Well done on the outside & half raw on the inside. Cooked too high, too quick. C'mon ppl! This is the WAFFLE house.The UGLY: Our server (older woman with NJ/NY accent) was the worst staff we've ever encountered at a WH. Obnoxious, rude & pushy. Told my husband to put his piece of bacon on his waffle plate so she could take his plate away. (She did not dare try to tell me that.) Then she rolled her eyes bc my husband was finishing his coffee & she wanted to turn the table over. No tip for you! She is not worthy of WH.
I had breakfast here with my wife and two friends from Miami. Our waitress was very friendly and kinda funny. She was razzing us a bit, all in good fun. The coffee was excellent. The food came out quickly and was hot & delicious. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese hashbrown bowl, and I would definitely get it again.
