Good luck getting your food in a timely matter if you dine in, drive through is their only concern. You could be the only other person in the lobby and they’ll still take half an hour to get you your food. Kitchen area is visibly dirty from the counter, grime built up on the walls behind appliances, food on the floor. Literally go anywhere else.

I hate using my career in the food service as my gripe platform, but a local Wendy's was my final straw. Food service establishments in punta gorda and port charlotte need attention from local health departments.We arrived at the restaurant to find the dining room locked with no signs or reason why. We proceeded to the drive thru as we ordered our food online and we only needed to pick it up. We ended waiting 30 minutes in drive thru for a order we ended getting a refund for.

Service is always excellent, the employees are amazing . My only issue is that they are almost always, I'm talking every other week, out of chocolate FROSTYS!!!!!

Went here multiple times over past few months and after last time when I was told they had no fries l give up!!!! Seriously fast food place that has no fries???? It’s a toss up if the place is even open, not sure if they can’t find employees or what but not sure how this place can stay in business with these practices

Should be a zero. Posted hours say open until 9pm, but the last 3 times I've been here it is not open. Today I was here at 6:30 pm.
I don't think I have rated a restaurant this low before but the bathrooms (my wife told me about the ladies) were not clean and some were not working. The place inside was smelling at marijuana (and I know it was from employees). We usually stop at other restaurants but decided to stop at Wendy's. I will not stop for a while here but I hope they make a change.

The lady working the drive-through gave me attitude because I asked if there's a straw in my bag. I work in customer service and I have to be nice to people all day whether I want to or not so I expect the same. If you're just getting off work and you had a rough day and you're coming through the drive-through for dinner that's the last thing you should have to deal with when you're just trying to get dinner for your family!! Tighten up!

Really? The inside is closed at 4pm in the middle of a Monday can't get a response from any of the employees. The reason it's locked is because their next to a truck stop (cant't go through the drive thru) and they don't want to work. Pure laziness. Can't even just work while your at work and be lazy at home.
