That store was slammed but the staff was excellent...the food was not so much. When we travel I know I can always get chili and a baked potato. No baked potatoes- out of them and other items- and the chili was cold, like they had just made it - it tasted like they were out of ingredients and made it with ketchup.

Don't know if the food is good, this is the slowest Wendy's in the US. Took my order promptly, now I've been sitting 15 minutes behind a utility truck - you cannot park those guys? My food better not be cold. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Should not even bother to offer breakfast if you cannot provide service. Now I'm at the window, still no service. I come by here a lot, reminded today why I stopped trying to get breakfast here a cople years ago. Learned my lesson now, 20 minutes now, really won't stop here again and telling everyone that I see at today's conference right down the road. Get it together!

Slowest service I have ever had at a Wendy's. There was no ice in the fountain drink dispenser. The bathrooms were worse than a cheap gas station. The the cashier decided to have a 5 minute conversation with a customer while 2 of us waited in the line after them.

It's a good Wendy's location. The only major problems is that the price of their baked potatoes went from $2 to $5 and they charge $5 for a 10 piece nuggets while McDonald's is still charging $5 for a 20 piece.
Never go to a place full of ninja grantee worst services.people need grow up and understand no one kidnapped you to work at Wendy's ? I don't wish nothing good for any of those worker they deserve everything they get In life ?

Worst pretzel baconator I have ever had. Hardly no bacon crushed up and not in strip and burnt. It's called baconator for a purpose. Seemed liked the crew were into themselves then customer services unfortunately here in florida so far managers and gms lack in control in fixing the problem. If you charge more for food wheres the quality it's bad here in Ocala and surrounding areas......mom and pop restaurants have stepped it up since.

The prices at this Wendy's are highway robbery! $7.50 for a large fry. 12.99 for a double bacon burger just the sandwich. I pulled right out of that place. Despicable.

I am a truck driver so I can’t just drive thru the drive thru. The lobby doors were locked but they are open. No sign saying why the lobby is closed or that it’s closed. If your going to be in a truck stops parking lot when your open you need to have your lobby open… I tried to go in at 11:30am. It’s the middle of the day! OPEN YOUR LOBBY! They had all the chairs on the tables. So looked like they didn’t plan on opening the lobby.
