The Lakeland location is better!! The people are nicer and trained well. At the Riverview store we were told to take menus abd sit down until we knew what we wanted to order, there was no one behind us. Then the girl did not know how to ring up my food. Then my order was brought out without one of my sides and instead of leaving the food she brought, she took it all back . Now my food was warmish when it came to the table instead of hot. I was with friends who ordered right after me, but their food came out AFTER the people who came in and ordered after us. Clerk (waitress) only came to our table once to check on drinks and if we needed anything. I will drive to the Lakeland store.

Food was ok, it needed a bit more flavor! Sauce was great but the chicken itself was bland. I would go again tho. Thant didn't scare me away as I love bbq!!Service was excellent! Think me server was new as she seemed a bit nervous but did great, get the cooked in flavor on point y'all. I'll be back!!

Not the greatest bbq not really worth the price. Being that the portioning is really small. I got a big brisket basket thinking that it would be a big amount of Brisket it was basically like 2 ounces of Brisket. The Mac and cheese was very bland.and the beans smell and taste like they are mass produced. Go to Mission BBQ or 4 Rivers for quality and quantity.
New Year eve ordered two St. Louis plates. One order had only three ribs and the other had two ribs. I was short-changed on ribs. The food was excellent including the sides. However, my belly was still hungry by two ribs. 5 stars for food and 1 star for service for failing to complete the order correctly.

Great food. Pleasant hosts. Nostalgic decor. Very clean. Bathrooms available. Honestly, the place is spotless in front. Drive-thu pickup onsite. This was the best random stop I've had in years.The only reason for the atmosphere score is that it's not busy. Try this out cause I had the brisket with some garlic buttered toast and cole slaw and it was on point.
